Thanks to automation, accountants no longer need to manually download statements for each company. The process automatically imports the statements into the BAF system, and the system handles those documents that have not been processed automatically, entering the necessary information according to predefined rules. Additionally, a robot was developed to reconcile balances across client-bank accounts and 1C.

We at Easylinkz collaborated with GoodWill Tech to implement  proof of concept for RPA solutions to automate interation with stand alone GDS aplications (our technology had no such possibility). Since our platform enables offline travel agents to sell direct airline content without leaving the GDS screen, automation became a critical step in improving our productivity and efficiency.

• Results:
  • Goodwill implemented robot which manage the flow to read data from GDS screen (by emulating user actions) and push the data to Easylinkz platform via API.

We required proof of concept. It was really important for us to validate if the solution is possible. Goodwill prepared a demonstrative prototype to proff the concept. Everything works fine.
