Our goal is to setup a booking platform for our services. Goodspeed helped us in building the tool on Bubble.io and testing it out.

The most important factors for us were:

• Tight timeline (Goodspeed is able to work fast and know the pressure and changes that you have to make as a startup)
• Price (They offered a much better price in combination with the timeline than rather big agencies)
• Personal interaction (they seemed to understand our problems really quickly)

• Key deliverables: Web application for booking platform with databased logical surveys, a booking service, a checkout and a payment integration as well as booking confirmation.
• Time:  4 weeks

3 people: Project Lead and 2 Developers.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Not yet as we are currently in the middle of launching the site - what I can already say. It will help us move most of the steps that we are currently doing manually to a digital level.

We had weekly standups followed by a continuous whatsapp conversation. This made it easy to work together and exchange quick needs and requirements.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They work quickly and flexibly on a very tight timeline.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Payment integration is not finished yet which is not completely on them - problems with local payment providers. But maybe be a little bit more pushy on this one. More proactiveness in regards to design and also what we could have done differently Very happy overall.

We wanted to create a digital version of our consulting services in the form of a web-based app with login and payment solution. We knew how it should look and function but needed help putting it all together. We wanted to develop in bubble.io so we could do adjustments afterwards and weren’t dependent on outsourcing small changes.

We searched online for people who were experts in Bubble and found that Goodspeed had all the components that we were looking for. They listened, stayed positive and came with relevant feedback and suggestions from the very beginning.

We had a kickoff meeting where we planed the project together. I delivered the planned designs that Goodspeed coded. First we solved the UI before landing workflows and database. We had a couple of iterations that I appreciated so much.

A project manager made sure the project ran smoothly. I also had one main developer as a contact along with a second developer for certain minor changes.

We haven’t launched yet but the feedback we get through demos is outstanding. Client's are very impressed and ca’t wait to try it out.

We used WhatsApp and Loom which help to make easier to understand changes or difficulties that needed to be solved.

Honestly, there isn’t much I would change. If anything, I would have appreciated more follow-up sessions to explore advanced AI use cases and continue building momentum after the initial training. Overall, the engagement exceeded our expectations.

We have now completed the soft-launch of our app, we have close to 100 subscribers, and virtually no issues at all.

Very happy with the communication and the follow-up. They were honest about what was possible and what wasn't, and when we needed to revisit scopes and prices we found them to be very reasonable and flexible.
