We were to set up a completely functional user-friendly e-commerce website using individual mentor profiles as the basis for showcasing our talent/product for the general public. They were to help in the design and development of this customized site with the eventuallity of said site being compatible with not only desktops, but andriod and ios mobile phone usage.

They worked on the site for years and we kept inproving the visual look of the site but when it came to the interelated aspects of the site working (site functionality) and performing as it was designed to do, everything fell apart and did not work as intended. Goigi kept leading me on asking for additional money when they didn't complete their work satisfactory in the first place. The end result was failure based on the inability of my website to process our product/s with the public. They left me with a search bar process that didn't even work for starters. If you can't search for what you're looking for, you've got big problems.

Communication was a nightmare and they never delivered on the final product whatsoever. There were constant issues with their communication skills. They did not deliver on time.

iCarBuyer users will follow simple steps filling in fields estimating costs incurred in car buying and seeing the payments and cost of borrowing change as the values change for cash, finance and lease. They will be able to save their work as a Saved iCarDeal when they register and share their interests with a registered dealer of the brand of their choice. The dealer will receive the iCarDeal Summaries and the user contact information as a lead and will pay iCarBuyer for producing this lead as well as a monthly registration fee. 
The system will also be set up for dealers to edit the background of their brand makes and models and the system will allow marketing to specific dealers which includes adding a link to their inventory. The user will be able to ask the dealer questions and add notes to share with the submission. They will also be developing an AI Chatbot built to suit the needs of the user.

The project is still in development but GOIGI has worked with some of the best companies in my industry and has shown an acute understanding of my project. They have given me the confidence to write this review with confidence it will be the best of its kind when it is complete.

The project manager has great patience and is well-suited for this type of work. We are looking through the eyes of potential website users and trying to give them the best experience and this is sometimes a gray science requiring patience and experimentation.

GOIGI reviewed the unfinished website that we had, to determine whether they could finish the site or if we would need to start over with a completely new site. After their review, GOIGI contracted to finish the site per the specifications we provided them, in 50 to 60 working days. Thirty days after GOIGI began the work, GOIGI's "senior executive" Dutta BEGGED us to pay the balance on the contract that was due upon completion of the work. He said he needed the money early, before it was due, to "pay his employees".

Fearing GOIGI was going out of business, we paid the balance with the hope that we would get our site before GOIGI went out of business. It took GOIGI over FOUR MONTHS to do the work that they had contracted to do in 50 to 60 working days. During those four months, GOIGI's work was sloppy, careless, and in some cases just plain incompetent. When called out, the "project manager" Bhattacharjee, and GOIGI's "senior executive" Dutta, were belligerent, disrespectful, and rude. Not one word of apology for costing our company an extra two months and almost $300,000.00 in lost income was given. Not one word.

They have absolutely no regard or respect for their customers. They collect your money and that's it. They can't afford to pay their people to do the work, so they just move on to their next victim. On 3 April 2023, my company demanded that GOIGI deliver the site for which we paid to our server. NO response. GOIGI simply ignored our demand. We have wasted four months and $2,700.00 and we have NOTHING to show for it.

At the Center for National Policy Research, we were looking for an impactful website that conveys the story of a public policy website at the first look. A team of 3 persons from GOIGI, worked on this project. One was a Senior Designer, the other a Senior Developer and one person was a Marketing and SEO executive.

Even without any marketing, the website clocks an average of 300 visitors monthly from the first week of inception. The website is fast to load and easy to navigate.

They are extremely professional in project management. Communication is kept mostly over the mail and executives are available for 24 hours.

The turnaround time. A wonderful design was replicated into an equally wonderful website in no time. They prefer to listen, learn and then improvise.

Yes, I expected a built-in payment gateway but it seems I have to get it done separately.

The project sets up a virtual classroom where teachers and students can login for a virtual class of 50 minute duration. The students will be able to access all study materials and view live demonstration of a particular project. Then they can fill up short Q&As and get graded.

The project team was small but effective. There were two highly efficient designers who designed the entire outlook. There were a team of two dot net developers who were highly responsive. There were also an excellent content writer in their team.

In these times of lockdown, our project has proved to be a boon for our university. More and more departments are looking for similar projects to connect with students.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project was effectively managed over phone and skype calling. The entire project development was over a live server which allowed me to regularly monitor progress.

The company was honest and forthcoming over progress of work. All my suggestions which came as after thoughts were incorporated at no extra cost.
