How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Glowin offered a MNC-level, internationally-informed lens on both the quality of project deliverables and and advice on brand positioning/strategy. Especially where we were looking to export our products, we felt confident Glowin would help us identify important global trends and adopt best practice in the brand and PK designs.

In addition, their team was highly flexible and responsive where timelines were often affected by production partners. They were simply a joy to work with

1. Listed 3 projects for Greenfield development in 2021
2. Our company provided consumer insight work and initial brand positioning
3. Glowin sharpened the positioning with a meeting on potential options based on the shared materials
4. 1-2 positions were then developed into a basic brand and PK design, often with 2-3 variants per position. The output was a rough 1 page key visual for concept tests or CPTs with end users

Timi, the founder led the projects herself personally Janet Kuan was onboard as a strategic advisor Further there were 2 local designers present at every meeting In short, we were extremely well taken care of.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Whilst we have not launched any of the projects Glowin helped to develop, what is certain is that

1. The quality of work is much higher than what we could have done in house or with other freelancers. This is mainly because Glowin's team has experience working with MNC brands and therefore the basic level of quality was consistently very high
2. Glowin was able to handle delays from our production team (e.g. on product claims / concepts) and react quickly once information was ready. This meant all projects moved as quickly as possible from their side - Glowin was never a bottleneck.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was relatively simple and we sent their team materials as required by email. We had virtual meetings to discuss each round of output

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their commitment to delivering a high quality output Strong and useful opinions on brand direction and variants on a given brand positionoing / strategy. They were very flexible and patient with the client.

In my opinion they did a great job overall, and I would happily recommend them and work with them again and again

Swivel Software provides IT software solution for the freight and logistics market. Swivel Software is renamed from the company called Paradigm Corp Ltd in 2017 to reflect the market expectation on agile and flexible software solution to solve complicated logistics IT problems.

Swivel carries a different image than "Paradigm" as the latter implies standard and works within a set of rule. We want to be more "Swivel" and flexible. Glowin Brands helps us to formulate the marketing strategy on how we can evolve from a brand image of Paradigm to Swivel. The experts from Glowin Brands create a framework to our marketing and product team so that our brand image can be clean, clear and consistent. New web sites and marketing materials are prepared and a series of digital marketing activities are implemented. We have extended our customer layers from traditional well established forwarders to new generation logistics providers.

We search the vendors from google and referrals from friends and customers. Branding is an art and the price difference in every vendor is different. We select Glowin Brands because the team are professional and flexible. They have wide range of experience in web site development, digital marketing, event handling and we find that they can be our external marketing arm for the company.

To start, they study our current web site and marketing material and interview with us on the reason for the change and the expectation of the project. They also help us to list out the factors we need to consider and guide us from color theme and brand structure and how we can use the framework and grow. Finally new web site and new marketing material for different products are created.

A delegated personnel is our main contact point and she is the person in charge of the project. We find that it is easier as we have a single contact points and she understand 100% on what we need and guide on the process.

This is a success and we receive positive feedback from current customers. Most important of all, it helps to generate new sales lead and enquiries and boost our sales.

We use google meet, WhatsApp and shared drive to communicate and exchange documents. The schedule and events are clearly defined after couple of meeting and we work according to the schedule.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We find that we learn a lot from Glowin Brand because branding is a complete different territories from our technical and product team. To protect and reinforce a brand image is an ongoing exercise and understanding the objective and implant the culture allows the brand image more sustainable.

I think they were perfect in all areas.

Timi and Khun Nop, worked tirelessly with me to understand this hospitality related company. The final product was much better than I could have hoped for. Glow in Brands with Timi's leadership took a tired old logo and story about a 1980's company and made it into a 21st century corporation with Global reach and an updated look and feel that represents the aspirations of our clients.

In the beginning we had weekly meetings and then as the work progressed we would typically converse by chat in unscheduled meetings. I found this to be perfect for me and my schedule.
