Global PPC managed the paid media strategy and ongoing performance optimization for our advertising campaigns. The work included advanced Performance Max and Google Shopping optimization, product feed improvements through Global PPC’s proprietary system to maximize product-level performance, ROAS/POAS-based bidding and budget allocation, and continuous search-term and conversion-value analysis. CRO improvements were also implemented to strengthen the customer journey from ad click to conversion, with campaign decisions driven by accurate revenue data from their proprietary tracking system.

The campaigns delivered strong, measurable results, generating a 13.26 ROAS with 230 conversions at an average cost per conversion of just £2.43. The 5.91% conversion rate highlights the improved efficiency of the campaigns and the impact of ongoing optimization in driving stronger overall performance.

The scope focused on advanced account restructuring and performance engineering, including PMax and Shopping feed optimization, search-term and product-level analysis, ROAS/POAS-based bidding, budget reallocation, conversion-value optimization, audience and asset segmentation, and feed-driven campaign improvements. Conversion tracking was managed through their proprietary tracking system, designed to capture and record accurate conversion values for reliable ROAS, POAS and ROI measurement, enabling data-driven optimization and scaling decisions.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

During the project, conversions increased from approximately 10–20 per month to 299, while ROAS reached 13.59. CPA was reduced to £160, and monthly conversion value increased to approximately £270,000. These results demonstrate a significant improvement in campaign profitability, efficiency, and overall return on advertising spend.

This allows campaigns to optimize toward the revenue the business actually receives, providing a much more accurate foundation for ROAS, POAS, budget allocation, and scaling decisions.
