Ran a command, ran an agent Sesh Diagnostics (SeshDx) is the clinical arm of Sesh Fitness — a diagnostics-first functional medicine and telehealth platform for women offering physician-prescribed protocols (GLP-1s, peptides, HRT, injectables), functional lab testing, and FDN-P coaching, built on the thesis of reading biomarkers against optimal rather than disease-state ranges.

• Build a full website in Framer, train our team to full independence and visibility over our metrics, and ensure the entire integration was 100% HIPAA compliant given the sensitivity of our patient-facing data.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The engagement has had three parts. Product page system. GG Studio built four reusable Framer templates — Products Overview, All Products with filtering, Category, and Product Page — with custom filter configuration by category and treatment type, full CMS setup, responsive builds across desktop and mobile, and training so our team could duplicate and manage pages independently. Delivered on a two-week timeline with a built-in support period.
Ongoing growth retainer. After launch we moved to a monthly retainer covering copy and content updates, bug fixes, responsive and UX improvements, one new page per month, and analytics monitoring including heatmaps and behavioral analysis. Everything runs through a shared Slack channel with a monthly strategy call. Advanced analytics implementation.
A phased project covering a full site audit and tracking plan, conversion event configuration across GA4 and Meta, a custom server-side layer built to keep protected health information out of third-party tools, and affiliate program attribution.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The site now sees thousands of visitors per week. Our team went from zero visibility into our own metrics to full autonomy over analytics, and the HIPAA compliant setup means we operate with complete confidence in how patient data is handled.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

They were genuinely strong, and the best part of working with them. Everything runs async through a dedicated Slack channel, which suits how our team works. Response times were consistently within the 48-hour commitment and usually much faster. Gabriel was proactive about flagging things — he'd send a screenshot walkthrough after a CMS reorganization, or ask for a checkpoint call when he wanted to make sure we were aligned before going further.
He was also honest when something needed rework. When we flagged QA issues before final sign-off, they were fixed quickly and without friction.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Two things. Gabriel's Framer depth is real. When we hit a wall — our navigation dropdowns wouldn't work on mobile because of a platform limitation — he came back with a dual approach using overlays on desktop and custom variant transitions on mobile, and walked our team through building it. That's the difference between a vendor who delivers pages and one who solves the actual problem.
The second is that he builds toward you not needing him. He's said outright that the goal is for our team to become more independent over time, and he's structured handoffs that way — documentation, walkthroughs, CMS structure we can extend ourselves. Most agencies build the opposite incentive into the relationship.

The main deliverable was a complete, modern, and functional website aligned with Wima’s brand positioning and business objectives.

Website conversion rate increased considerably following the redesign and CRO improvements. Organic social media engagement grew 62% within the first 90 days. New brand identity adopted across all client materials, and the internal team completed hands-on training to independently manage content.
