The app aims to provide an engaging user experience by superimposing virtual elements on the real-world environment captured through the device's camera. Additionally, a landing page has been created to promote and showcase the app's features and functionalities The To Get There Foundation also made graphic designs for the above tasks

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Before the start of the project, a work schedule was prepared. The project was received regularly after completing the next milestones. They were successively: mockup, graphic design, first functional version of the application, application enriched with new features, support for green screen video in the app ad so on until the final build at the end. The same was true for the website.

All tasks were set up in accordance with the stipulated deadline. The Foundation was also open to making changes during the project and adapting it to the needs.Thanks to this, the final product could be improved even before publication

Involvement in the project is definitely the strength of the To Get There Foundation. We started by discussing our idea, which we have carefully drawn up in cooperation with specialists in the field of pedagogy. Using their technological knowledge and experience in the education industry, the Foundation's team advised several changes. Then work began on preparing graphic designs and at the same time programming the application.

As soon as the application mechanics were prepared, we had the opportunity to verify our concept and improve it during the development. Thanks to this, content specialists could quickly modify the initial assumptions.

We were added to the Foundation's channels on discord, where meritorical / graphic threads were properly grouped and we could talk on anytime. Our comments and detected errors were reported via the form on monday.com, where we were able to keep track of how our reports are resolved. Thanks to the foundation's ingenuity, we were able to finish the project earlier than planned.

The contact with Foundation team turned out to be the most impressive. It happened that only evening hours suited us for online meetings, which was not a problem for the Foundation. Communication on discord turned out to be very practical and fast. It is definitely a partner that we feel is part of our inside team.

On this project we needed support with anatomical 3D modeling and Augmented & Virtual Reality field. The project was an information campaign for patients so we needed a partner with experience in the medical industry. Ease of navigating through medical issues and strong experience in AR&VR were key arguments in favor of choosing the To Get There Foundation.

This is not the first project that we have carried out with the Foundation team. We started cooperation on the recommendation of a friendly company and we are happy to come back to joint implementation of various projects with the Foundation.

The first stage of our cooperation was the online workshop during which the assumptions of the project were thoroughly discussed. Then, in accordance with the adopted schedule, subsequent stages of the project were carried out, which were consulted in terms of content with scientists. The final stage of the project was the installation of the prepared software on a sale prepared for this purpose (Oculus).

The Foundation was very involved in the implementation of the project and suggested various additional solutions and 3D models on an ongoing basis, which were included in the project at no extra charge, even though initially the project did not include them and were not included in the quote.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Foundation CEO was involved in the project at the very beginning, he allocated the relevant team and helped to develop a framework of cooperation. The core team that worked on the project consisted of 2 developers and a 3D Graphics designer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Together with the Foundation, we continue to monitor applications and work on expanding their content. In addition, we monitor statistics and reports from users and develop the implementation of further changes and improvements

The cooperation with To Get There Foundation was very well organized. We would like to emphasize the speed of action, very good communication, and the team's expertise.

We were impressed with the large dose of the expert knowledge that we received during the entire project. The speed of To Get There Foundation actions exceeded our expectations. The cherry on the top is additional, extra-curricular things that the Foundation did in the project

It is really difficult to point out any weak areas of our cooperation. We were extremely satisfied with the service at every stage of our cooperation.

Throughout the project, we held regular meetings and watched the project development. Together with the foundation's team, we worked on modifications and improvements so that the application had the greatest funcional and educational value and was at the same time simple and attractive for users.

After the first version of the application was prepared, even with incomplete graphics, we could see how the application works and introduce changes in functionalities, thanks to which the project finally not only met the initial assumptions, but also included valuable changes.

Depending on the topic discussed appropriate people participated in the meetings. There was always PM and the main developer, if necessary, two additional developers, subject matter specialists and graphic designers were involved.

The Foundation still watches over the application and develops it with us, we jointly monitor user reports and consider their implementation.

We submitted all comments via monday.com, where we could also set which changes were our priority. We also held video conferences through Teams on a regular basis to discuss progress, new ideas and possible changes. We finished the project ahead of schedule.

In addition to great communication, experience and commitment to the project - they not only do what we come up with, but also suggest changes and improvements, thanks to which the final project is very refined and better than we expected.

With this approach, the only thing we can regret is that the scope of their services is not wider as we would be happy to cooperate with the Foundation also in other areas.

The project ran very smoothly. After presenting our problem, the Foundation developed a solution and presented a mock-up of its idea. The approved conceptual design began to turn into a ready application. After completing the work, we were able to test the application, and the reported bugs were efficiently implemented.

A project manager was assigned to be our main point of contact throughout the project. If necessary, the meetings were also attended by a developer and a UK specialist.

Thanks to the application, we could see where each of our builders is at any time. We didn't have to ask anyone else to check whether to go to the office to see it on the blackboard.

Team was open to many forms of communication, in the end we decided to use traditional email communication - it was the most convenient for us. Despite the distance, we even had the opportunity to meet live at our headquarters. The project ran as planned.

We value cooperation in which the contractor will not only perform the task, but also engage in the project and suggest beneficial changes. The Foundation is definitely capable and willing to get involved in the project.

The entire cooperation ran smoothly and we are so pleased that it did not end with one project.
