Get Me Rank were originally hired to support our SEO and PPC / Google Ads activity for My Bowen Therapy. 
The scope of work included managing and improving our Google Ads campaigns, reviewing ad spend efficiency, improving enquiry quality, and helping us understand which campaigns and landing pages were producing better results. They also supported SEO work for our website, including technical recommendations, content and blog optimisation, keyword visibility, page improvements, and advice on how to improve organic search performance.

Key deliverables included Google Ads / PPC campaign management and optimisation, SEO recommendations and implementation support, landing page improvement advice, technical website recommendations, blog and content optimisation suggestions, weekly performance reporting, and regular review meetings with clear explanations of what was being done and why. 

During the project, we also identified a need for clearer enquiry and conversion tracking, especially because many of our enquiries come through WhatsApp. GMR have been helpful in advising on how we can improve visibility from Google Ads or organic search through to website enquiry, WhatsApp contact, booking, first visit, and eventual package or membership sale.

Overall, GMR have provided ongoing hands-on support across SEO, PPC, reporting, and performance improvement rather than simply running ads or making basic SEO changes without explanation.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Although the project is still ongoing, we have already seen clear progress. One of the biggest measurable outcomes has been that our Google Ads spend has been reduced considerably, while the campaigns are now being managed in a more structured and focused way. Instead of simply spending more money on ads, GMR have helped us review the quality of enquiries, campaign performance, landing pages, and where the budget is actually being used.

We now have better visibility over our PPC performance, improved weekly reporting, and a clearer understanding of which campaigns and landing pages are generating enquiries. This has helped us make more informed decisions about ad spend and overall marketing direction.

On the SEO side, progress has included ongoing keyword tracking, technical website recommendations, blog and content optimisation, and improvements to pages that support organic search visibility.

Because the project is ongoing, we are still working on improving the full tracking journey from enquiry through to booking and sale. However, compared with previous providers, we now have much better structure, communication, reporting, and confidence in how our SEO and PPC activity is being managed.

Communication was decent through Basecamp, but frustrating with the time difference between US and India. After every meeting, we had deliverables, but it would take weeks and persistent follow up to see anything actionable results.
