We needed support revamping our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Get-Found has revamped our website. We initially worked with them in 2019–2020. Before that, we had our website done on Wix. Get-Found has introduced us to SEO and increased our search engine ranking, making us more visible. The team has also done an ad campaign on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads. Thanks to this, we have a more professional online presence and have started to bring in more business.Moreover, Get-Found has regularly updated our website and tailored it quickly and efficiently as and when we’ve needed it, particularly if we’ve introduced something new. The team has made fast amendments, and we’ve never had any issues with our website.Additionally, Get-Found has taught us a lot about marketing, developed strategies for us to grow, and kept us in the loop with new trends. The team has delivered a redesigned website, an ad campaign with data and statistics, support with onboarding new clients, and a strategy document and calls for our ad campaigns.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Get-Found has brought in a lot of new clients, particularly dentists. Over the past six years, the team has generated over five figures in sales and revenue. Overall, Get-Found has brought in 7–15 new clients for us directly (dentists, corporate companies, parties, and a wedding). Our online presence has increased, and we’ve had clients visit our website and book with us via it, which wasn’t happening previously.

Get-Found delivers on time. We’ve always had strong relations with their team.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Get-Found is very personable and takes the time to understand us as a company, what we’re looking for, and how we operate. Then, they devise strategies to directly help us grow. The team is specific to us and has increased our online ranking.

• My company is called Food Factory Tech it is a UK-based high-ticket dropshipping company specialising in commercial catering equipments and solutions. I’ve been with Get Found for about 6 months now, and I can’t express enough appreciation for Alex and his team Simran and Hamza. They are incredibly hardworking individuals who always see the best in you. The team consistently goes above and beyond to deliver results. If you don’t believe me just have a conversation with Alex you will realise he truly knows his marketing skills. I was at a point where I felt completely stuck with my business and had almost lost hope. As a last attempt I searched for a marketing agency and that’s when I found "Get Found". The team built me a high-end website that looks far better than most out there. The design, navigation, and overall theme are outstanding and will attract many customers. They even went a step further by offering me an Ai based project to help boost my business. I decided to take the opportunity and so far it has worked really well. Alex is always willing to give advice often for free so make sure to take in what he says because his knowledge can take you a long way.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Get found helped me get my first sale by putting me on top of the SEO search. I'm so glad and over the moon also i am now in a stage that i will be doing Google ads and Alex has already built a plan what we will be working with like our budgeting and how to reinvest to save money and make healthy organic sales.

More than once a week Alex and his team Hamza and Simran took calls with me especially with Alex without charging me extra fees for the extra calls even after working hours. The team Alex, Hamza and Simran build an Ai system which has equipped my business with the right tools it needs to be in a stable position and ready for easy customer shopping experience. The team also used notion board which is a very good method to add all notes so they never hardly miss a to do list. The team also responded with quality quick response and video calls as soon as i txted, the waiting time no longer than a day, you will always get a response.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The main man Alex, the man who you will speak to on the phone first time, will be the man of his words with consistency and passion all the way through out your journey. He will listen to your business and personal side of things and he will interact on the same level with you for example if your a shy individual he will help you until you feel comfortable if you are a smart confident person he will help you on an intellectual level. The unique impressions about Get Found is that they have their new client interaction called Get Intelligent which is a very smart tool designed to help new starters this is what makes them one of if not the best marketing company to work with, they are always moving forward with what is trending or even being one of the first marketing team to achieve systems like Ai that speaks behalf of Alex, Simran and Hamza. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Get-Found could have done differently?

To be honest i can't fault Get Found on anything major, possibly little things one experience is that they added few things or forgotten to add certain products or categories to the website which i had to run through a check on my website and told Get Found that before adding discuss with myself, this mistake is quite common as there is a lot of information to take this is why they developed a method called notion board so they don't forget but as a human error that's normal. The good thing is that Alex will do a review with myself and fix those few minor issues.

The most noticeable outcome of Get-Found’s work is the increase in patient inquiries generated through our PPC and Google Ads campaigns. We’ve achieved consistently good results, helping us attract new patients to our practice. Throughout our time working with them, our website has remained reliable, well-maintained, and professionally managed, giving us confidence that our online presence is in good hands.
