Upgrade and adaptation of the digital process platform aiming to optimize tool and equipment management, including the implementation of functionalities for creating short-term reservations of equipment and tools in the central warehouse, as well as the capability for distribution and assignment to additional external warehouses.

For each warehouse, simple administration of assignments is enabled by responsible individuals, who may be assigned to multiple warehouses, assuming roles of warehouse keepers in the central warehouse and construction supervisors at the construction site.

A configurator for personalizing silver metalized stickers for each piece of equipment and asset has been implemented, allowing the client to select the size and design of the sticker. Each sticker contains a QR code enabling easy and quick equipment assignment or tracking via a mobile application.

Employees are allowed to self-assign equipment, while supervisors and administrators have the authority to assign equipment to other employees. Functionality for automatic equipment clearance upon return to the central warehouse has been introduced, relieving users from manual clearance obligations.

Users are enabled to search and filter equipment and assets based on various criteria such as name, inventory and serial number, model, category, status (assigned or available), assignment location, and the person who assigned it.

The measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success include the creation of a comprehensive catalog of equipment and tools, encompassing over 200 materials. Additionally, significant time savings have been achieved through the streamlining of asset, tool, and resource review and management processes.

●       Modul I.: Practical education

The module encompasses tracking students in practical training during regular secondary education and participants in adult education programs. To enhance practical training, a platform was developed that facilitates networking among mentors, teachers, and parents to improve the quality of practical training at work-based learning sites and with employers. 
The platform allows for monitoring students/participants in fulfilling their regular obligations in practical training, connects them with mentors and teachers, and tracks the practical work and tasks that students/participants complete.

Each student/participant has a profile within the platform, with an integrated feature for maintaining an e-practice journal. This allows the student/participant to enter recordings, photos, text, and other materials into their profile via their smartphone or school tablet as a report of what they did during the practical training and/or internship each day. This enables mentors and teachers to easily monitor whether the student/participant is attending their practice and what exactly they are doing. 
The entire platform supervises whether students/participants have completed each module of practical training assigned by the vocational teacher/instructor at the beginning of the school year or adult education program. Within the student tracking system, a valuation and progression system has been developed, which teachers and mentors can oversee at any time. The platform is integrated with the e-journal.

Within the platform, there is Digital Educational Material as educational content in digital format that systematically and didactically processes the curriculum content and contributes to achieving the educational outcomes of each subject. One digital educational material contributes to achieving 100% of the curriculum's educational outcomes for a specific subject and grade, in accordance with the capabilities of the digital educational material concept and structure.

Digital Educational Material consists of interactive video lessons, with each lesson delivered by an instructor using multimedia and interactive elements that enable direct interaction with the student. It may also include knowledge checks, quizzes, and similar features. Video lessons can last up to 15 minutes or longer, as needed.

Digital Educational Material is designed as a unit for a specific subject and grade level that is logically and organizationally prepared and divided into topics.

The platform directs the user towards contributing to achieving defined educational outcomes in various ways, making the digital educational material applicable in different learning contexts. Digital Educational Material is applicable for various purposes in the learning process (processing, practicing, reviewing, and evaluating knowledge and skills). Digital Educational Material encourages active learning in students in an innovative, efficient, motivating, and student-appropriate manner.

●      Modul II. VR Practical education

Multimedia content elements have been created using virtual reality technology, which complement specific teaching materials and further illustrate the instructional content and flow of practical exercises, forming virtual practical training. The multimedia content elements in virtual reality technology provide a new, realistic experience of an external or internal space or object and offer additional visualization of problems that arise in practical work or relate to instructional content, aiming for a better (visual) understanding of physical phenomena or laws.

Additionally, students are provided with extra experience in working with instructional content and practical exercises. Working in virtual reality achieves the same results as conducting exercises with complete safety and encourages creativity, as well as stimulating students' interest and curiosity towards the instructional content.

The application for students is intuitive in terms of navigating within scenes. Each scene is interactive and can be performed at the student's physical desk and/or in an empty space and/or in a specialized lab. Scenes are multimedia elements that cover 3D objects, 3D animations, 2D still images, 2D moving images, audio recordings, texts, and haptic feedback through a controller. The duration is up to 5 minutes or up to 10 photographs.

The VR content also includes enhancement with interactive hotspot elements that users can click on using buttons on the VR headset or by holding their gaze on a specific spot in the VR scene. By "clicking" on a hotspot, another video is triggered, another image is displayed, text appears, an audio recording is played, or similar actions occur.

Interactivity is achieved through the capabilities provided by the toolbar (depending on the user interface design) within virtual reality. The basic tool types include rotation, scaling, translation, object insertion, object manipulation, and similar functions. An option to limit the time for scenarios where testing can be conducted through virtual reality has been added. All scenes are adapted for individuals with developmental disabilities.

●      Modul III. Hotel management

A hotel management software program has been developed to monitor and manage hotel operations—enhancing communication and operations between the front office and back office through the development of applications for the hospitality sector of the hotel and integrating it with all other business areas. 
The software program consists of modules corresponding to various hotel departments, where participants simulate duties within these departments, learning to perform hotel activities through teamwork. The program is used not only in the educational process but also as a tool for managing the school workshop - Academis, with an emphasis on an open-type restaurant within the Academis.

The ERP system is tailored for family hotels and hotels with small to medium accommodation capacities. Management through the system includes comprehensive handling of reception operations, reservation systems, sales and marketing management, food and beverage management, human resources, and more. 
The system enables the automation of certain tasks through digitalization, making it easier for people with disabilities to participate in the work, as the system allows for digital control rather than necessarily physical means. An added feature is the visual overview of all accommodation capacities and their occupancy, along with quick and easy online check-in and check-out without unnecessary waiting. 
Through such a system, students/participants can be trained in the digitalization of business processes, especially for roles like receptionists.

The software is designed for work-based learning environments, equivalent to small and medium-sized establishments in the tourism and hospitality sector. It is based on a client/server database access system. The reception module records and categorizes accommodation capacities, handles sales to agencies and individual guests, sets accommodation prices, and charges for services. 
Reception manages guest check-in and room assignments. All this is recorded in daily arrival and departure lists. Through reports and reviews, the system provides continuous insight into business status and hotel capacity. All reception operations are automated, allowing staff more time to focus on guests, such as online guest check-in with automatic room entry and guest book management.

Measurable results visible from the project demonstrate progress and success on multiple levels. The number of downloaded applications and the satisfaction of students and teachers, as evidenced by student achievement in grades, clearly indicate the modernization of education. Through practical virtual teaching that enables students to easily master the material, a significant step forward has been achieved. 
Furthermore, the automation of certain aspects of hotel operations through digitization contributes to efficiency, while the improvement of the quality of practical training through networking of education participants further strengthens the foundations of the educational process.

In the premises of the Osijek waterworks, a new, redesigned, and upgraded mobile and web application "Moj Vodovod" was presented, allowing users to check issued bills for water services, consumption data, view meter reading history, the possibility of contracting the self-reading service, receiving personalized notifications, the ability to report faults, submit requests for the installation of water connections, change user data, and directly pay bills without fees. 

• Employee Management Module: This module provides tools for efficient management of employees, branches, and organizational structure. Contacts Module: It enables the organization of users registered on the website, companies (legal entities), and individuals, facilitating the organization of catalogs of companies and individuals. 
• Data Protection Module: It provides all the necessary tools for managing and tracking consents related to data protection, ensuring compliance with important regulations and directives. 
• CMS (Content Management System) Module: This module enables the creation and management of websites and their content, including subpages, categorized posts, reviews, and comments, creating contact and custom forms, multilingual support, and integration with Google Analytics. It also provides tools for content and website structure administration, including managing design sections, section layouts, and textual and media content.

Furthermore, the option to save card data for faster and easier future payments via the WSPAY system further streamlines the payment process for users. 
Personalized notifications informing users about important changes or events further enhance the user experience and increase user engagement with the application. Through the functionality of reporting faults at the consumption location address or an arbitrarily entered address, users can easily and quickly report issues related to water services, with the option to add images that further document the problem. 
It is important to note that this report automatically generates an email to the water supply emergency service 24 hours a day, ensuring a fast and efficient response to reported issues. Additionally, the application allows the submission of requests through the same platform, such as requests for changing user data for water services, requests for performing works on the water supply system, installation or replacement of meters, and requests for temporary or permanent suspension of water delivery. 
These functionalities provide users with the ability to quickly and easily submit their requests to the relevant authorities, thereby speeding up and simplifying the communication and issue resolution process.
