We’ve been working with GG S.A. for more than 5 years, and GG has been delivering us custom software solutions that serve our business development. Our goal was to test new e-commerce sales channel for after sales segment. E-commerce is dedicated for workshops.

It's a B2B e-commerce platform within the after sales channel to independent garages, mechanics, etc. That channel is part of the after sales department for all brands of our associated companies. The assumptions of the project were:

• creating a modern e-commerce platform in the after sales channel,
• integration with existing systems: accounting, SAP, parts database, GUS (gov. database),
• creating a search engine for finding parts by catalog number or name,
• creating a desired shopping path and custom registration flow,
• creating a mechanism for assigning parts to brand, model, year, engine type and many other dependencies.

Despite problems that sometimes occurred unexpectedly, Globe always did their best to meet our needs and satisfaction. A lot of elasticity.

Maybe the flow of price estimating task during the project when there is a new business requirement, it could be smoother. It is crucial also to write down each business issues and then cooperate with them; it was done but it'd be easier if there is only one place for such register.
