I am the Managing Director of Spibo GmbH - As a manufacturer and wholesaler of drilling tools, we have one of the largest warehouses for drills in Europe. This allows us to offer fast delivery and storage for on-demand delivery.

We needed a new Website, the old one was not representing our market leadership in our branch. Flexwork helped us to understand our needs from different perspectives and worked out the requirements for the new platform. We had not much experience with digital strategies, FXW GmbH was an excellent partner who leveled-up our online presence and offer. We need a new website with high end UI-Design, responsive web design and additional features, making inventory visible for our clients, generate product request. Thanks to their team, I was satisfied that we reached higher visibility of our product catalog.

We searched for a service provider in Germany who has experience with UI, Web Design and Content Management System. An agency who create individual solutions from scratch, instead of selling us templates.

They designed unique solution for our case with our requirements

Moving the old links to the new website did not worked very well. We lost rank in some links. But we also get a lot of new links listet.

We have a desktop-based Electronic health record system or hospital information system, which has to be redesigned and refactored. Flexwork Team helped us to develop a new modern UI for our next SaaS tool. We believe that a good UI is crucial for our clients, and we decided to trust flexwork with it

We have done several projects with flexwork. In various IT projects flexwork has created user interface (UI) solutions or frontend development to our full satisfaction. But this one was a bigger challenge, but we decided to go with flexwork.

The old hospital information system has over 1.000 Screen views. The process was UX research, creating mockups as wireframes, UI Design and creating a Click dummy for prototyping issues.

The work was self-organized with very limited need for online meetings. The flexwork team always understood our needs and managed the roadmap very well

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impresses me about flexwork is how experienced and reliable they are. They created a professional design with a professional collaboration experience.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The only thing that somehow impeded our cooperation was some delays in the design process. But good work needs its time.

We were looking for a responsive and highly secure mobile solution that could be developed in a short time with high quality. I'm happy to say that the results were exactly what we expected.

The mobile app will be available on Google Play and App Store.

We choose not to be limited to strict project management methods, but to work together according to agile principles. Because of this, our team is really agile and the workflow is very efficient.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impresses me about FXW is how responsible and reliable they are. They could communicate in German and in English. They are very thorough when it comes to the technical quality of the software solutions.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The only thing that somehow impedes our cooperation was that we was in delay to deliver flexwork with the right information on time.
