I’m the owner of a cleaning, gardening, and handyman business.

What challenge were you trying to address with Futuristik Digital Pvt. Ltd.?

I needed someone to design and develop my website from scratch.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They designed and developed my website from scratch. I explained what I do and what sort of website I wanted and they made it exactly how I wanted it. I showed them my friend’s website that I liked and told them I wanted it to be similar. It took them three weeks to complete the site.

What is the team composition?

I worked with one person. I don’t know how many other people worked on the website.

How did you come to work with Futuristik Digital Pvt. Ltd.?

My friend recommended them.

How much have you invested with them?

I spent around $1,100 AUD (approximately $830 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from October until November 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They developed a website better than my friend’s website. I showed it to my friends and some clients and they said it looks good. I have no problems with it. If there’s anything I ever want to change, they will be happy to help me. The partnership worked out well.

How did Futuristik Digital Pvt. Ltd. perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re good with communication. We used WhatsApp, phone calls, and email. They were pretty quick.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They said it would take three weeks, and they delivered the website in exactly three weeks.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I wanted to change some things after they built the website and had to ask them to give me all the administrative rights to do so. If they could have done it without me having to ask for it, that would have been better. They explained why they hadn’t done it. He said some people try to play with the website and the website crashes. I told him I know a bit about the website and can manage it.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Explain what it is you want before working with them. Have clarity before you start doing anything. I had a very good relationship with him because he’s a friend of a friend.
