We have divided the entire work into several smaller and medium size projects together. Our scope of work for each module has varied from UI/UX enhancements to complex PHP development and & Database customizations.

There were different teams on the basis of different requirements. But I was given one person as my point of contact throughout our communications, which really helped. Then different teams were assigned as per the particular SOW.

User interface and site-experience has enhanced for sure. With our new design layouts and backend changes, it became easier for our customers to engage with us, and for us to manage our site elements.

We communicated mostly through email and then conversed via Google Hangouts, Phone as well as Whatsapp. The project manager at Future Profilez was always just one call away whenever I needed them to resolve a query or wanted some alterations to my site.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They have a really talented team of developers. They have always been able to efficiently deliver the final project well outside of our high traffic hours. As a result, it didn’t affect our pre-existing customers or sales numbers in any way.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I wish the company’s head office was established in the UK due to the time difference. But that is just a minor inconvenience since they take cater for you easily.

The customer using the CRM is happy with the functionality and speed of the site.

Smooth communication at all points. Developer explained exactly what they were doing and you could easily follow the progress. Constant flow of updating around the project. Obstacles that appear, hours spent in detail, and always inform about holidays.

I'm Impressed by their ability to customize features to my specifications. I've been working with them for a while now and they are a very good and reliable partner. Highly recommended

We needed total software development capabilities for a cloud-based software that allows doctors to automate parts of their practices.

What was the scope of their involvement?

I showed them what features and capabilities I wanted in an Excel sheet and they programmed it from there. It’s a cloud-based software, so they built information-sharing capabilities, automated text messaging and e-mail sending, and the ability to create and share an infusion or injection scheduling module.

I work with a few members of their team, but it’s a larger organization than the segment that I work with.

I found them through Fiver initially, and from there we did some smaller web development projects that went very well. At that point, I decided to hire them for the software development job.

I believe we’ve spent over €30,000 (approximately $33,100 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working on the project in January 2016 and it is ongoing. All of the modules are working at this point, so we are just fine-tuning everything and adding the last few features.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I assign them tasks through Asana, and they are able to check those off as they go. Up to this point, no matter how complicated the development task is, they have always completed it. I am very satisfied with their development skills and their ability to follow through on their promises.

How did Future Profilez India Pvt. Ltd. perform from a project management standpoint?

They work very efficiently. We started out communicating through Word documents but have been able to drastically increase our speed and communication by switching to Asana. The whole process is much more organized. There’s still some back and forth around specifications, but that’s normal in software development.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They are extremely trustworthy and reasonably priced, but beyond that, they really care about solving your problem. I have worked with other companies and this is not always the case, so their proactivity and commitment to the final solution are very impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Occasionally a task will take a little bit longer than it should because it has been assigned to a more junior developer. If I ask them to accelerate anything, they always get it finished immediately, so it has never been a very big problem.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Have a clear communication system. I cannot emphasize enough how much our organization through Asana has benefited this project.

They built a very specific website, which has easy navigation. Users can easily schedule repairs with the garages we partner with. Future Profilez also built critical components in the backend to log various car services. As we're just starting the company, they created something compact.

They built the admin panel in WordPress, and we can log or change prices, and we can upload files for unique services through a few simple steps. There are very few companies in our industry that list comprehensive lists of prices and services per make and model, so Future Profilez helped us build a smaller database that makes us more independent in the field.
