She handled both design and development end-to-end. This included competitive analysis, three initial design directions, iterative refinement, sourcing copyright-safe imagery, responsive optimization for mobile and desktop, and CMS training so our team can update content independently.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The new website presents a much more professional and up-to-date image. Having a bilingual site also helps us reach both European and Chinese-speaking clients more effectively.

The process was very structured. She started with three design concepts, we chose a direction, and she iterated from there. Communication was fast and responsive throughout — she addressed our feedback quickly and kept things on track. The project was delivered on time.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Furo Web could have done differently?

One area for growth would be deeper expertise in cross-border hosting and server configuration — navigating the technical requirements for a site serving both European and Chinese users was a learning curve for both sides, but we worked through it together.
