I’m the director of wow and marketing for Wolfe Homes, a custom family-owned construction company in Greensboro, North Carolina.

What challenge were you trying to address with Full Send?

We needed to produce some videos. Our goal was to improve brand awareness.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Full Send produced client testimonial videos, an employment recruitment video, an “About us” video, and one about the distinct unit divisions we service. They also did two sales videos for the five things customers need to check on their house yearly and five luxury items for new home construction.

Initially, Full Send sent us a proposal. We had a call to discuss the project scope and what we were looking for. We also did a brand introduction, telling them everything about the company, the owner, and our unique offering in Greensboro.

They took that and translated it into videos they shot and edited for us. The whole process took a year from start to finish, from the first conversation until the last invoice was paid.

We knew it would take that long, but Full Send expected a shorter timeline. However, we had to engage our clients and other people, so we had to work around their schedules. The project became a series of appointments; we scheduled a video with a client for a day, and then some videos in the office for another day. Full Send filmed everything, and then they would send us the edits a few weeks later.

Full Send’s team brought all their cameras, lights, and microphones. They set up the image and had their own studio; they handled all the video editing and audio mixing.

What is the team composition?

Mitch and Lauren (Co-Founders) are husband and wife owners. They handle any information, calls, or meetings. Lauren is more like the director, and Mitch is the production lead. Overall, we deal with two of them plus one employee when we’re on-site.

How did you come to work with Full Send?

They were a referral. Full Send did some videos for the church that my boss goes to.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent $18,736.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in January 2023. We paid our final invoice and wrapped up by January 2024, and they sent all the final cuts of the videos.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They were professionals. Full Send did their job to execute an excellent product. What they brought to the table was outstanding. We didn’t have to follow up and tell them that something didn’t look good, the music didn’t sound good, or something wasn’t right for our brand. Overall, it was nice to have professionals who could execute the product the way they promised without us having to go back and forth.

How did Full Send perform from a project management standpoint?

They delivered on time and within budget. The team sent a weekly email explaining what they would work on and what they needed from us. The email came in every Monday, and we found tracking and responding to it easy.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

Mitch had a natural artistic eye for videography and editing. The edits and cuts were great, and I didn’t have to do much. The music and lighting were always good; he filmed from favorable angles. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Full Send really knew their clients. Their storytelling was spot-on, and they worked hard to understand our brand and tell our story.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We were one of the first major clients Full Send took on. Although they were just diving fully into it, they delivered. Still, some things weren’t off-putting but rather new because Full Send was still figuring out its systems.

However, they were honest and transparent about what was new for them. They communicated when they wanted to try something and asked if it worked for us. They also asked for feedback and suggestions.

Overall, Full Send handled everything well. I wouldn’t change anything because I’m sure that they’ve improved their process by now. The only thing we ever had to send back for edits was the text because it wasn’t quite right, and it was only 1–2 times.

We received constant communication throughout the process. before we could even ask for an update we had one.

They exceeded my expectations!! I'm very type A and they crushed it... I don't know how else to put it. Not only was the project as a whole very organized and executed very well, but they also made sure everyone was taken care of. Filming for extended periods can be exhausting they made sure to check on everyone and give plenty of breaks. I appreciated their approach on the days we filmed.

Full Send's videos were a great inspiration to our church about the previous year - there's no way we could have told the story better! The profile videos of our members made it easy for everyone to relate and see how they can live out our mission and values. The outcomes are mostly subjective but they were significant and many people commented after our Celebration Service how they were inspired!

Videos were delivered well ahead of agreed upon deadlines, and edits were made thoroughly and with attention to detail. Full Send was very responsive, professional, and genuine at every step!

Mitch and the team at Full Send consulted with me on the concept I had for a corporate explainer video. Over a very productive brainstorming session, we took a few value props and crafted a very compelling storyboard that positioned the company as a solid solution for a very specific and tuned-in buyer profile. Mitch and team took that storyboard outline and created a script that included a very catchy tag line, "Cut the Chaos". 
Over the next two weeks, we iterated on that script a couple of times and then Mitch and team got to work compiling footage, custom animation (text, titles, emphasis, etc.) and had the voiceover completed. The results were spot on.

The resulting video was used as a backdrop video for several high-profile in-person industry conferences. Anecdotally, many customers noted how the video added to the professional and thoughtful design the booth exhibited. Eight months later, the video continues to be a keystone piece of marketing effforts, used in outbound campaigns, web site, and other mediums.

They were extremely responsive in delivering great results. As a customer, I could tell they were motivated by their own "internal clock" of what they beleived a reasonable delivery time should be.

What stands out about Full Send?

• Story creation - Mitch and team have an ability to ask pertinent questions to understand the company and the purpose of the video. They have a unique blend of creative muscle and business acumen that shows in the resulting story. 
• Musical feel - An unsung (pun intented) attribute of a great corporate video is the music choice as well as how emphasis points of the chosen score match to action and points made in the video. This is a passion that Mitch has and the resulting video has a "complete" feel to it as a result. 
• Artistic Style - Full Send does a fenatastic job of understanding a company/brand style and fitting within it while also bringing current artistic style and techniques to the video. Many vendors sway too far towards avant guard creativity or put no effort into truly creative output. Full Send did a masterful job of tasteful, yet evident artistic influence in their content.
