The guys didn’t really work on the documentation until the very last minute — they ended up wrapping it up in a bit of a rush after the project was delivered. Not ideal, of course, but for us it wasn’t a big deal.

Our customer is a prominent Bank from the USA that specializes on mortgages and car loans. Ftech has provided their team of skilled developers that completely covered Back-end part of the platform. They rapidly comprehended the existing code and proceeded with the development; they also integrated AI on the existing base and worked on the important part with payment issues.Ftech Solutions has shown very quick comprehension of the problem and delivered a very significant solution to the problem. The deadline was an important point, as we were 2 weeks behind the schedule before we hired Ftech Solutions. We finally met the deadlines and even managed to improve the functionality above the planned.

We brought in Ftech-it to help us overhaul a messy internal system that had grown out of control. We needed not just a couple of models thrown together, but a proper data science backbone  - pipelines, data cleaning logic, forecasting modules, dashboards, everything. Basically, the works.They were involved in every layer - from mapping our data mess to proposing and implementing a clean architecture. Honestly, it was like they untangled a spaghetti bowl and replaced it with a blueprint. We are very pleased with the work done. Despite some problems (like time delays in one of the sprints) we got an excellent result.

We engaged Ftech-it to help us integrate AI-based computer vision into our quality control line. Their team worked on building a dataset, training and testing CV models for defect classification, and deploying the pipeline to work in real-time on edge devices. They also handled inference optimization and hardware integration.

Our project was led by ML engineer Vlad M. from Ftech-it’s side — an exceptionally experienced and highly professional engineer. I want to personally thank him and express my sincere appreciation.

The entire engagement ran in several phases, starting from PoC to real-time production testing. In total, we had two engineers full-time and one part-time ML lead supporting the deployment.

We deployed the model into live production on one of our production lines. The system consistently achieved very high detection accuracy across several defect types. That reduced manual inspection time by around 40% and lowered false positives substantially.
