We worked with Ftech-it on a ML engagement, mainly to build a churn prediction model for our B2B platform. Honestly, I was a bit skeptical at first given the pricing (way cheaper than the agencies we were comparing them with in Germany or UK), but they delivered big time.
The devs were sharp - not just coding, but actually understanding what we wanted and challenging some of our assumptions - yep, we had some minor arguments regarding the architecture, but the guys convinced us that their approach was correct. We iterated quickly over a few sprints and ended up with a working prototype in under 4 weeks. 

These guys really know AI, not just buzzwords. And they’re super responsive - sometimes messages were answered in minutes even outside working hours (we’ve worked with other EU vendors before, and response time was usually much slower).

The value we got was way above expectations. Solid 5 stars

We used Scrum with weekly sprints in Jira. Every single developer in the team was very skiled and motivated. There was no need at all for strictly superwising any developer, since everyone is a very skilled software engineer. Everyone was always available in Slack and always available for video calls in Google Meet, in urgent cases even over the weekend. 

All milestones were delivered one time as agreed.
