Frogect was responsable for the design and development of a custom internal real estate managment system tailored to our operational needs.

The scope of work included the development of a centralized CRM for managing client contacts and property listings, aswell as a structured deal managment module with document storage and deadline tracking.

A property-matching feature was implemented to automaticaly connect new listings with registered client interests and send notifications when relevant matches occur.

The system also includes automated exposé generation, AI assisted property description creation, and contract generation based on predefined templates.

Additionally, necessary API integrations where implemented to ensure smooth connection with external tools and services.

Key deliverables included:

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The system significantly improved our daily operations. Administrative work was reduced, as property data, documents and deadlines are now centralized.

Response times to clients became faster thanks to automatic matching. This helped us react quicker and improve overal engagement.

Internal processes became more structured and transparent, reducing manual coordination and lowering the risk of missing important deadlines or documents.

Frogect managed the project in a structured and transparent way. Milestones where clearly defined and deadlines were respected throughout the development process. Communication was consistent, and we received regular updates on progress. Whenever adjustments were needed, they reacted quickly and were open to feedback. Overall, the team was reliable, responsive and solution oriented, ensuring that our requirements were understood and implemented properly.

What impressed us most was their ability to truly understand our business processes and translate them into a practical and efficient digital solution.They did not just build software, but developed a system that fits exactly to our way of working.

Their combination of technical expertise and structured thinking made the colaboration very smooth. We also appreciated their flexibility and proactive approach throughout the project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Frogect could have done differently?

Overall we were very satisfied with the collaboration. If anything, the initial planning phases could have included slightly more detailed timeline estimations, but this was quickly adjusted during the project.

As a relatively young company they demonstrate strong ambition and commitment. Their motivation and dedication to delivering high-quality results were clearly visible throughout the entire process, which we truely appreciated.

Apart from that, we have no significant points of criticism.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Frogect’s work has resulted in clearer workflows, better visibility into projects and clients, and reduced manual effort. Our internal processes have become more structured, response times have improved, and day-to-day coordination between teams has become more efficient. 
We’ve observed a noticeable reduction in manual work, estimated at around 20%–30%, particularly in project coordination and reporting. Our response times for internal requests have improved, and information is now available faster and more consistently.
Moreover, the improved transparency and structure have helped us respond faster to client requests and manage projects more reliably. This has led to smoother project execution and more consistent communication, which has had a positive impact on client satisfaction.

How did Frogect perform from a project management standpoint?

Frogect’s project management is well-structured and transparent. Communication has been clear throughout the project, priorities have been aligned, and timelines have been managed realistically. The team has delivered on time, taking scope adjustments into account where necessary. We communicate through virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What impresses me most about Frogect is how personally involved and attentive their team is. They take the time to truly understand our business and challenges. Moreover, they communicate openly and are always approachable. Working with them feels less like working with an external vendor and more like collaborating with a trusted partner.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, our collaboration has gone very smoothly. As with most growing projects, some requirements have evolved along the way, and a bit more upfront clarification could have helped in certain phases. However, Frogect has handled changes professionally and adapted quickly, so this hasn’t negatively impacted the outcome.
