I liked the portfolio of Fresh Mind Ideas and their approach. We could understand that their team is really good at creating videos following latest trends . Hence we decided to go ahead with them.

Requirement Gathering , Story Board Meeting, Writing the voice over and identification of right visuals, Development of the Video , and Video Release

A SPOC was assigned to us during the initial days of the project itself. He would always ask for feedbacks.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our Entire Team and board of Directors loved the video so do our prospective students (Customers)

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

The project manager was always available over email and he would write to us on regular intervals about the progress of the project. We had couple of meetings through Zoom as well

Requirement Gathering meetings were so productive. Their team could exactly understand our requirements and they would always suggest Valid and relevant suggestions. They were top-notch in terms of quality of work.
