TV-Radio Company "Trialeti" has been broadcasting since 1990. The TV company broadcasts throughout Shida Kartli: Gori, Kareli, Khashuri, Kaspi, Tskhinvali and Akhalgori districts. In addition to broadcasting on the broader frequency of Shida Kartli region, TV Company "Trialeti" is aired live on Silk TV, "Global-TV", "Caucasus TV" network etc. It is broadcasted in the internet via MyVideo.ge. In addition, "Trialeti" is broadcasted via "Azerzat" satellite. Also, Trialeti's programs are broadcasted in different regions of Tbilisi and Georgia.

The primary objective was to update the outdated website, optimize its functionality, improve user experience and enhance its marketing capabilities. Below is a detailed breakdown of the project objectives: 

- Website Modernization: Redesign the website with a modern, responsive layout to improve usability. 
- Enhanced User Experience: Create a user-friendly layout, making it easy for visitors to navigate through different news categories.
- Improved, user friendly control panel of the website.
- Enhanced mobile optimization for better performance. 
- Ad System Integration: to manage ad placements on the website and generate revenue through banner ads, video ads, and sponsored content.

Freeterium LLC ensured timely delivery of each phase, with revisions and adjustments based on our feedback to meet our vision. 

Even after the project was completed, Freeterium continues to help us with updates and provides technical support.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since the launch of the new website, there has been a noticeable increase in overall website traffic. Mobile traffic has also increased significantly as users have a more optimized experience across devices. 

One of the key goals was to create an easier control panel for managing news content. This was a crucial element to streamline the process of updating and managing the site, ensuring the editorial team could work more efficiently. The new user friendly control panel made uploading images, videos, and other media assets much easier. This enabled the editorial team to publish and update content faster and easier. 

Increased trafic, higher engagement, easer management, improved user and editorial team satisfaction indicates that the project achieved its goals.

The project was delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe, with all major milestones completed as scheduled. New website was launched without delay. During this period we maintained regular communication with development team. 

As the project progressed, we occasionally adjusted our needs (e.g. additional features for the control panel or additonal banners). The project team was flexible and quickly integrated these features without significant impact on the timeline or budget. The development team was responsive and quick to address any issues that arose during the development process. 

After the website went live, the project team offered us strong post-launch support. They addressed and fixed any minor bugs that were identified after the site was up and running, ensured that we were fully satisfied with the result. Freeterium continues to help us with updates and provides technical support.

Working with The Freeterium LLC is a positive experience. From the very beginning, the company made an effort to deeply understand the specific needs and objectives of TV Company Trialeti. The project development team meintained constant communication throughout the entire process. The team provided detailed reports on progress which allowed us to stay informed and confident in the project's direction. One of the most impressive qualities was their ability to adapt quickly to changes. All new features requested mid-project were implanted without delays.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Together with David, we created a wonderful transfer system. It has many features and is very easy to manage. Despite the large number of connected banks, instant transfer systems, and payment systems, the system operates very stably. Our clients are satisfied, our operators are satisfied. I especially want to commend David for his responsibility as an executor and as a person. For over ten years, we always felt that the system was in reliable hands, and if necessary, David would solve any problem. It's unfortunate that the project has ceased to exist. Thank you for everything.

Everything was delivered on time. The assigned programmer maintained the project for 10 years, adding features and improving the system daily. Our communication with them was thoughtful, fruitful, and always pleasant.

The primary objective was to create a website with a flexible tour builder, so that platform could aggregate all kinds of vendor tours/activities. This included:

• Creating an interactive map of geographical objects that would make up the tour routes, each vith it's own titles, descriptions, images etc.
• Setting prices per person, per group, per activity/tour
• Opting in and out for some of the parts of the tour (e.g. Tour contains wine tasting and Museum visit, one can opt for only one)
• Adjusting booking price calculation to this logic

In the process, we saw that many local vendors lacked the capability to provide car transfer services to their clients, so our scope of work expanded with the aim to make car transfer bookings, alongside with activity/tour booking available, for which the company utilized their previous project and made changes to the mobile app for this purpose.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The website is clerarly optimized for SEO, because most of the traffic comes from the organic search - we spend very little on advertising. 

We have clients regularily on all seasons, they've numerously expressed how comfortable the website is for use. Same goes for our team, only 2 persons are managing quite a large system of bookings, from start to finish.

They were very atentive. I've had communication mainly with the lead developer  - he was quite flexible in terms of answering my objectives and to my ideas. The project was delivered on time, considering all the changes we've agreed to en route.
