Undrdog produces and sells surface protection products in shape of various cleaning and coating solutions for cars, boats and furniture. I run marketing and technology in Undrdog.

We needed to launch a new line of products and create a go-to-market strategy. SEO and PPC are an integral part of it, and we needed a serious partner to help us create the strategy and implement it. Our main goal was to introduce a new kind of product to the market that's similar but different to the industry standard. Basically, we were introducing a contenting product and needed a way to approach the search engine results and ppc campaigns.

Four Dots is one of the best SEO and PPC companies in the region and they were immediately on top of our list of potential partners. One of the main factors for us was that the partner is equally good in both technical SEO, backlink creation and PPC, since we see those three as working hand in hand when introducing a new product to the market.

We kicked off partnership with FourDots by researching the market and search queries, understanding the intents behind them aand building out a strategy for both content creation and PPC. The next step was to build integrations with our CRM and Facebook custom audiences, so that we can find customers similar to our top performing ones. Then they built all necessary PPC campaigns, a rough content strategy that we perfected and executed on and they were a major help with building our backlink portfolio.

FourDots has helped us create and execute a go-to-market strategy and since starting the project with them our organic traffic has significantly increased, while our ROAS was really good until the introduction of iOS 15, which changed things a bit. We continue working with FourDots and we see them as our long-term partner.

They always communicate clearly, deliver on time, and respond promptly. We use Slack and we find that probably the best way of communicating.

They care. That's all I can say that will really matter to most other companies thinking about working with FourDots.

We'd love it if they would be able to extend their service scope onto serious content creation.

First, they helped us set up our Google analytics accounts for all markets. Then they did an analysis of the keywords, content and competition for a brand we wanted to start the PPC campaing. Sent us the overview of PPC ads and we discussed together additional options for reaching the best target. During the campaign they monitored results and sent us the complete report after the end of the campaign.

We gained brand visibility among end consumers and increased our website traffic, increasing brand awareness for the new brand extension.

Very friendly, quick and effective communication with all members of the team during the first campaign but also now when we are continuing the collaboration. We communicated mostly through Slack, but they had full understanding when it was needed from our side to transfer the communication through emails.

Transparency, know-how and willingness to share knowledge and answer clients questions in detail. Also the willingness to share best praxis and give us advice on future steps for better campaign results, remarketing...

I am a CMO in domain.me and I am in charge for marketing strategy plan and implementation. Domain.me is a registry of .me domain, which is a Montenegrian country code top level domain, but because of its meaning (me) we promote it as a global domain. Our marketing strategy basics lay in content and SEO.

We wanted to rank well on Google when people search for a good domain for their personal project, or personalize their business. We also wanted to establish trust and be recognized as a knowledge base for everything personal.

I met the owner and CEO on a conference where he held a presentation about SEO, we started talking and shortly after we hired them to do a test for us.

They started with SEO investigation for our website and critical keywords we wanted to rank for, then they suggested a series of actions to get our results better. Those suggestions were everything from technical recommendations, and design to content.

After that they recommended themes for our blog and started working on writing. They went back to SEO analysis every year and adjusted themes for content accordingly.

We worked with the person in charge for content, and a set of different writers. Occasionally, as we did periodical tests on SEO we worked with their technical and managerial personel.

Since we started working with FourDots we changed the design of our website and adjusted the code to match the changed SEO rules. They wrote from 4 to 8 articles for our blog per month, and created 4 to 8 pieces of content for third party websites for the link building purposes. We saw a growth of the visits on the website in the amount 20% on a yearly basis.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had weekly team meetings where we exchanged ideas and built content editorial. They sent blogposts or made changes on the existing content by themselves according to the plan. We would also send occasional requests for additional content on which they responded fast and well.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The amount and speed of delivered content, as well as their language and research skills, were impressive. Ideas Technical knowledge and being informed about tech changes, especially in SEO

As with every company you work with for a long time it needs refreshment in terms of going back to the basics occasionally.
