What specific goals or objectives did you hire Foundrex to accomplish?

• We hired Foundrex to help design and develop the foundational infrastructure for our AI-powered education platform, Tuesday. The project included building core system architecture, AI workflow integration, structured output functionality, and operational tools tailored specifically for K–12 school leadership environments.
• Our goals were to create a scalable platform capable of transforming unstructured administrator input into organized, usable outputs such as documentation, reports, compliance-related workflows, and operational support tools. We also needed a development partner who could help translate complex product ideas into functional technical solutions while supporting an evolving startup vision.

The project involved translating complex operational and workflow concepts into a scalable software platform capable of supporting AI-driven administrative support tools. Key deliverables included platform architecture design, backend system development, frontend user interface development, AI workflow integration, database implementation, and the creation of structured operational workflows tailored to education environments. Foundrex also helped establish the framework for transforming administrator input into organized outputs such as documentation, reports, workflow summaries, and operational support tools. Additional deliverables included iterative feature development, system refinement based on ongoing feedback, troubleshooting and optimization, and technical guidance related to scalability and future product growth. Foundrex helped transform broad product ideas into structured technical systems capable of supporting AI-driven operational workflows for school administrators. Key measurable outcomes included the successful development of core platform architecture, implementation of AI-integrated workflow functionality, establishment of structured data and reporting frameworks, and the creation of scalable backend and frontend systems that support future feature expansion. The project also produced significant progress in workflow automation and operational efficiency design, allowing us to begin testing real-world use cases tied to documentation, administrative task management, and school leadership support processes. In addition, the collaboration accelerated our ability to move toward pilot readiness by creating a stable technical foundation for continued product development and future customer demonstrations.
