What specific goals or objectives did you hire Foundrex to accomplish?

• We hired Foundrex to help design and develop the foundational infrastructure for our AI-powered education platform, Tuesday. The project included building core system architecture, AI workflow integration, structured output functionality, and operational tools tailored specifically for K–12 school leadership environments.
• Our goals were to create a scalable platform capable of transforming unstructured administrator input into organized, usable outputs such as documentation, reports, compliance-related workflows, and operational support tools. We also needed a development partner who could help translate complex product ideas into functional technical solutions while supporting an evolving startup vision.
• In addition to technical development, we were looking for a team that could collaborate strategically, adapt to changing requirements, and help us move from concept to a working product foundation.

The scope of work focused on building the foundational infrastructure and core functionality for Tuesday, an AI-powered operational intelligence platform designed specifically for K–12 school leaders. The project involved translating complex operational and workflow concepts into a scalable software platform capable of supporting AI-driven administrative support tools. Key deliverables included platform architecture design, backend system development, frontend user interface development, AI workflow integration, database implementation, and the creation of structured operational workflows tailored to education environments. Foundrex also helped establish the framework for transforming administrator input into organized outputs such as documentation, reports, workflow summaries, and operational support tools. Additional deliverables included iterative feature development, system refinement based on ongoing feedback, troubleshooting and optimization, and technical guidance related to scalability and future product growth. Because the platform is highly customized and innovation-driven, the work also required continuous collaboration to adapt features and workflows as the product vision evolved throughout development.

The project successfully moved our platform from an early-stage concept into an operational development environment with functioning core infrastructure and foundational workflows in place. Foundrex helped transform broad product ideas into structured technical systems capable of supporting AI-driven operational workflows for school administrators. Key measurable outcomes included the successful development of core platform architecture, implementation of AI-integrated workflow functionality, establishment of structured data and reporting frameworks, and the creation of scalable backend and frontend systems that support future feature expansion. The project also produced significant progress in workflow automation and operational efficiency design, allowing us to begin testing real-world use cases tied to documentation, administrative task management, and school leadership support processes. In addition, the collaboration accelerated our ability to move toward pilot readiness by creating a stable technical foundation for continued product development and future customer demonstrations.

Foundrex managed the project with strong communication, responsiveness, and professionalism throughout the engagement. Because this was an innovative startup project with evolving requirements, flexibility and collaboration were critical, and their team handled that environment extremely well. They consistently maintained communication regarding progress, upcoming development priorities, technical considerations, and timelines. When adjustments or refinements were needed, they were responsive and solution-oriented rather than resistant to change. Their ability to adapt while continuing to move the project forward was one of the strongest aspects of the partnership. Overall, deliverables were completed in alignment with project progress expectations, especially considering the complexity and evolving nature of the platform. Foundrex remained engaged throughout the process, addressed feedback quickly, and demonstrated a genuine commitment to helping us build a scalable and functional product rather than simply completing isolated development tasks.

What impressed me most about Foundrex was their ability to operate as a true collaborative partner rather than simply a development vendor. Our platform involves highly customized AI workflows and operational systems designed specifically for the education sector, which meant many concepts were complex, evolving, and not always easily defined at the beginning. Foundrex consistently showed the ability to take abstract ideas and transform them into structured, actionable technical solutions without losing momentum. I was also impressed by how responsive and patient they remained during iterative changes and evolving product requirements. Many development teams become rigid when projects shift over time, but Foundrex approached challenges with a problem-solving mindset and stayed focused on helping us build the best possible product. Overall, our experience with Foundrex was extremely positive. As with any highly customized and evolving startup project, there were occasional adjustments to timelines as features and requirements evolved, but the team remained communicative, collaborative, and committed to delivering quality work throughout the process.

We needed help fixing our SaaS product’s codebase.

Foundrex helped us debug and update our product’s codebase using PHP, Laravel, MySQL, and Vue.js.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Foundrex delivered a solid codebase with no bugs that was production-ready. We confirmed this through a user acceptance review and QA testing.

Foundrex’s project management was good; they delivered on time. We communicated via email and messaging apps.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Foundrex to accomplish for your AI-powered media software?

I hired Foundrex to help me turn a software spec into a functioning app to be used in the postproduction industry.

What was the scope of their involvement?

I had created a master spec for the software and planned to create it in four separate stages. I hired Foundrex to build version 1. The team built the outline of the app, which encompassed all of the modules and subfunctions. The goal of version 1 was for a user to be able to process a project in full from start to finish.

We hold meetings at the end of every planned milestone to review the work, sign off on it, and plan the next milestone. The team is able to take any feedback from a milestone and incorporate it by the end of the following milestone.

How did Foundrex perform from a project management standpoint?

Foundrex is exceptional at being on time as planned. We communicate via virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Foundrex already had a full understanding of the industry I was building my app for, so I never had to explain the functionality for any portion of the spec.

They’re very communicative and able to meet all aspects of my spec.
