Foundery has helped us with our SEO and brand awareness, in addition to assisting with the migration of our WordPress website to a custom-built CRM (developed by an external provider). They are currently in the process of helping us move our entire website back to WordPress.

Our online ranking has increased significantly, and we are much better positioned than we were when we first began working together. Their team is consistently bringing forward new ideas and strategies to help us continue growing our success.

Foundery is a team of true professionals who excel in their roles. We have monthly meetings that are never pushed or rescheduled, and the team always comes prepared to review the previous month’s results, outcomes, and areas for improvement. They consistently bring fresh ideas to the table. They are an absolute pleasure to work with and have become a valuable part of our marketing decision-making. They have also supported us in areas beyond the traditional scope of our agreement, always offering helpful advice and recommendations.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We are a small company, much like Foundery, so there is a sense of being part of a family rather than just another client in a large organization. We have worked with the same team since the beginning, which makes the consistency of the work, the relationships, and the progress all the more meaningful and valuable. We absolutely adore working with Kim, Josh, Pat, and Wayne. We feel genuinely excited to see the growth they have achieved since we first started collaborating together, and we look forward to seeing what comes next for their amazing team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Foundery Digital Marketing Group could have done differently?

There is always room for improvement in any field, since the goal should be to learn from the past and continually strive to be better. That said, we are genuinely pleased with the results Foundery has delivered and cannot identify any specific area in need of improvement. There is surely always something that can be enhanced, but so far we have not experienced any issues or dissatisfaction with their team or their deliverables.

We have worked with Foundery for over seven years. They consistently provide reporting and monthly ads on time. They accomidate last minute sales ad changes if they come up. They provide ideas for content creation and suggestions to help our ads perform better. They are available for calls, meetings and answer emails quickly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

In automotive, you can run ads through website providers, and other auto industry specific providers, however, they do not offer much creativity or unique ways to stand out. Foundery works with us to create ads that work for us, and get results. They come up with suggestions on content, and budget suggestions to get the most of our spend. They are located in London, Ontario, the same location as most of our dealerships. It is nice work with a local employer. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Foundery Digital Marketing Group could have done differently?

We are happy with our relationship and don't have any suggestions.
