What challenge were you trying to address with ForgeSky?

We needed to create a custom CRM that automated workflows, tracked leads, and centralized customer data.

ForgeSky handled the development of our custom CRM from start to finish. They worked on designing the interface, building key features like contact and lead management, sales pipeline tracking, and reporting tools, and made sure it integrated smoothly with our existing systems. They also supported us with testing and deployment and were very helpful throughout the process whenever we needed guidance.ForgeSky was responsible for the full stack of our CRM, handling both frontend and backend development, including contact and lead management, sales pipeline tracking, reporting modules, and system integrations. They also developed a couple of additional projects for us, including our business websites.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since launching the CRM built by ForgeSky, our team has seen faster lead tracking, a 30% reduction in manual tasks, and improved visibility into sales performance. The additional business websites they developed also helped increase our online inquiries and customer engagement. After the new websites launched, we saw a roughly 25–30% increase in online inquiries and a 20% boost in customer engagement through form submissions and newsletter sign-ups.We also tracked CRM adoption rates across our sales team, lead conversion improvements, and time saved on administrative tasks. We monitored website traffic and user interactions to measure engagement and overall business impact.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, our experience with ForgeSky was excellent. If anything, clearer documentation on some of the custom modules could have made onboarding easier for our team, but their support was always quick and helpful whenever we needed it.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The project resulted in a fully launched, responsive website with improved clarity around the product offering. Page load performance and mobile usability improved significantly, and the site is now ready to support user acquisition and future feature expansion.While exact traffic numbers aren’t available yet, we observed clear improvements in page load speed and mobile usability. Pages now load noticeably faster, animations and transitions are smoother, and the site is fully responsive across devices. Our internal testing showed a reduction in load time for key pages, and mobile navigation is much easier and more intuitive for users. Based on our internal testing, key pages now load 20%–30% faster on average, especially on mobile devices. Users also reported smoother navigation and faster page transitions compared to the previous version.We received informal feedback from early users and internal testers. They noted that pages felt faster, navigation was smoother, and the mobile experience was much more intuitive. This feedback confirmed the improvements ForgeSky implemented in page load performance and usability.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What impressed us most was ForgeSky’s ability to translate our ideas into a modern, fully functional website quickly while maintaining great communication throughout the process. The website exceeded our expectations in both design and functionality. Every feature was implemented with care, and the final deliverables were polished and fully functional.

Are there any areas they could improve?

ForgeSky delivered an excellent experience. Minor adjustments to scheduling could have made the process slightly smoother.
