Forge is helping us develop our site's on-page SEO and helping us build a strategy for longer-term organic growth. We're also working to make the site more accessible and ADA-compliant.

Forge keeps me updated via monthly check-ins, a running list of deliverables (via ClickUp), and provides a dashboard of KPIs like organic traffic growth, clicks, and conversions.

Forge has delivered all SEO items on time and is very responsive via email.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are familiar with our industry, which is a huge plus. Hemp, cannabis, and alternative health supplements are such a tough industry to market as there is so much red tape to navigate. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Forge Digital Marketing could have done differently?

As someone who isn't super technically inclined, a smidge more handholding when it came to DNS settings, file transfer protocols, and the like would be a little more helpful.
