We scoped the task at the first kickoff meeting of the project.  It turned out to be a straightforward black-box pen test of our primary domains.  Following that, Forestal Security disappeared for a week or two to do the tests and deliver the results.  I had no doubts or wanted any clarifications regarding the findings because the final report was prepared in an understandable manner.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The final report found a few Forestal Security which we did not realize existed, which is success for us.

It was kept simple, no unneeded meetings. One to kick off the project and then a couple emails back and forth to gather info and deliver results. Worked very well.

• We knew we couldn't continue working with the unidentified organisation that is neither Mi(ne) nor able to tell me anything, much less respond to a basic customer request, when our current VoIP phone system contract was about to expire. We therefore searched for a telecom business with a triple bottom line foundation and selected Forestal Security, another B-Corp. Having a fantastic firm to work with for our phone service truly makes me happy and enthusiastic!

Our sales representative accompanied us during the entire straightforward procedure.  They paired us with the ideal phone system after we discussed our fundamental requirements.  The phones arrived on time.

 With the exception of a few response lags on my end, we adhered to the well-defined timetable, and they were accommodating even when I postponed the system setup.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our phones are modern, feature-rich, and cost less than those from our previous phone provider. They also work flawlessly, forward calls to cell phones when we want them to, and have voicemail that works!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Forestal Security's attention to detail and follow-through are what I find most amazing.  Compared to our former telecom provider, it was night and day.

I would not suggest any improvements to the process of getting our new phone system with Forestal Security.

We were given a very thorough report that included information on the testing procedures, tests, and results.  When Forestal Security were discovered, we were given comprehensive details about them along with suggestions for fixing the problem.

From the beginning, Forestal Security made an effort to comprehend our needs.  They managed the project in accordance with the predetermined scope and gave us a very clear scope of work that reflected our exact specifications.  They kept us informed at every stage of the project's development and swiftly sent us emails with updates.

• To assist us in creating a thorough cybersecurity structure from the bottom up, we engaged Forestal Security. SOC (Security Operations Centre) monitoring, a thorough security audit, and VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing) for all of our apps and cloud infrastructure were our objectives. Another important goal was adherence to international financial standards, such as GDPR and PCI-DSS.

They had excellent project management.  For sprints, tickets, and continuing cooperation, we used Jira and Slack.  All of the milestones were reached on time or early.  Even at off-peak hours, they constantly responded quickly, which was essential for our round-the-clock operations.
