Completed cyber compliance gap analysis, completed tickets, completed penetration tests, completed firewall configuration and monitoring.

Their firewall management, penetration testing, and ticketing have always been good. Patch management is a clunky solution through Ivanti that we do not like, but it is workable. Compliance management software was not delivered on time. The compliance gap analysis was not coordinated well between the consulting team and the rest of the house. However, the actual consulting for the project was good.

They have their own ticketing and information portal which is good.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Foresite could have done differently?

We would have liked the patch management instance to be in-house so that we could roll-back updates easily which may have impact on some of our systems. The compliance software they promised was not delivered. The compliance gap analysis was not coordinated with the software which would have made our lives easier.
