I am the CEO of a company in Poland that produces software for transport companies.

We have established cooperation with Force4 to create an innovative application for drivers of transport companies, which allowed for easier task management and improved communication between employees.

We chose the company on the basis of previously completed projects and experience, which was confirmed during the first interview.

At the first meeting, we discussed the details of the project and information on the functionality of the application, then the designers provided the mockups and designs. We were able to quickly release the first version of the application for drivers.

On a daily basis, I was in constant contact with the project manager. Sometimes we also had meetings with the UX and UI desiner, head of fronetend team and head of backend team.

After just a few months, we have thousands of active users who are delighted with the functionalities that make everyday work easier.

We had weekly meetings where we could find out about the current state of the work. Slack became our daily messenger, while we used Jira to manage tasks.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Thanks to their vast knowledge in the field of app design and technologies, our application stands out on the market. The company guided us through the entire process of lunch the application to stores with mobile applications.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We have no negative comments about the cooperation with Force4.

Our first web application was a great beginning for a new company, we were back then. The second version of or web app, increased our conversion rate by 67%.

They developed for us a very complex web app. They've not only over delivered, but they've also created a fine and friendly working atmosphere.

In the beginning, there were some communication misunderstandings, but we have quickly fixed them.

At the first meeting, we discussed the project in detail. The team delivered the first mockups and designs that we discussed together. We used scrum and agile methodologies - we worked in two-week sprints introducing new functionalities to the system.

The team consisted of 5 people - one UX/UI designer, one backend developer, two web developers and a project manager

After launching a new website, the traffic on it increased significantly, at the same time with a two-fold decrease in the cost of conversion. The new system for employees streamlined their work, which significantly increased their efficiency

We had a biweekly meeting where the new features introduced by the team were presented. We used Jira to manage tasks, while Slack became our daily communicator, where we were informed about the work schedule.

In my opinion, they have a lot of knowledge about web solutions, and at the same time, the team was very creative and often proposed new solutions.

I have no objection to the work of the team

After launching the website, I see an organic traffic some 10-15% higher than before.

We mainly communicated via Teams. There was no issue with schedule at all - both developers displayed great time adjustability.

The team's technical abilities and quick adjustments and changes were impressive.
