Are there any areas for improvement or something Flux8Labs could have done differently?

Honestly, my experience with Flux8Labs was overwhelmingly positive, but if I had to suggest one area for improvement, it would be around post-launch support for non-technical users. While the team was always available when I reached out, it would’ve been helpful to have a simple guide or video walkthrough on how to make basic updates to the site on my own.

That said, they were always quick to assist when I had questions — so it never became a real problem. Still, offering more structured post-launch resources could make things even smoother for clients like me who aren’t very tech-savvy.
