I’m the chief business officer of Primathon, an IT services company. We provide comprehensive tech solutions for businesses, including in-house product development and dedicated development teams. We help organizations grow through skilled engineering and a culture of continuous improvement.

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Fluidesigns to accomplish for your business?

We hired Fluidesigns to support us as a long-term UX/UI design partner across multiple product initiatives. The goal was to improve usability, design clarity, and experience quality for fintech, mobility, legal tech, and enterprise platforms while working closely with engineering teams.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We’ve collaborated with Fluidesigns across multiple engagements as our UX/UI design partner, supporting both internal initiatives and client-facing products. Their work has included UX strategy, user journeys, wireframing, and high-fidelity UI design for:Throughout the engagement, Fluidesigns has worked closely with our product and engineering teams to ensure designs are scalable, technically feasible, and aligned with business objectives while maintaining consistency across products and domains. We found them through an online search. We chose them because their pricing fit our budget, they were a great culture fit, they offered good value for the cost, and their company values aligned with ours.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with them from September 2024–April 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Fluidesigns’ work has resulted in improved product usability and workflow clarity, faster design-to-development handoffs, reduced rework during development, and strong qualitative feedback from our teams and enterprise clients on design quality and overall user experience. We’ve also seen time savings for users; we used to track the initial and final usage times, and the time spent on the website initially used to be an average of 24 seconds. After the new design and its development implementation, it increased by 40%.

Fluidesigns’ communication has been very smooth.

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

We were impressed with their design quality.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Fluidesigns helps us with the UI/UX design part of our projects; we’ve done seven projects together. Whenever a client comes in with logo and branding guidelines, their team delivers the UI/UX designs accordingly.

We work with five people from Fluidesigns full-time.

We chose them because they were a team that could tackle our first challenge in a quick manner.

We’ve spent $2,000.

We started working together in March 2020, and our engagement is ongoing.

Our clients have provided us with good feedback on the timeliness of Fluidesigns’ deliveries, as well as on their ability to meet their requirements.

How did Fluidesigns perform from a project management standpoint?

Fluidesigns always delivers on time. We use Jira and Excel Sheets to manage projects.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Fluidesigns has a great, flexible, and dedicated team with a wide range of skills.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there’s nothing I’d have them improve.

Before starting any project, make sure that your scope is clear.

I’m a consultant at Machau Bamboo Products. We're a B2B bamboo products manufacturer.

What challenge were you trying to address with Fluidesigns?

We needed someone to help with our website's UI/UX design to increase our customer base.

What was the scope of their involvement?

After hearing our requirements, Fluidesigns came back with a detailed questionnaire about the deliverables we were expecting. They presented a pretty unique framework for the questions, which was good; it helped us think in-depth about what kind of UI/UX we wanted. We were then presented with a few options in terms of different branding and designs.

Fluidesigns' team has also helped us out with the content for the website. They've also helped connect me with a photographer and videographer to get photos and videos of our factory.

What is the team composition?

I worked with the founder of Fluidesign and the photographer and videographer he arranged for us. I don’t speak to the rest of their team.

Some of my friends recommended them to us.

We've spent less than $10,000.

We worked together from April–May 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our superiors were impressed with their designs — liking the branding, colors, design elements, and the flow of the website. Everything was modern and fresh-looking, which is the first time that's been true for us, as we're a traditional business. Many of our competitors don't have a website like this. 

How did Fluidesigns perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management was good, as they stuck to the schedule and budget. We communicated via Zoom and Google Meet.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their entire office was very organized in its approach and structure.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I’m happy with everything.

Be clear about what you want. Fluidesign can give you a lot of options.

we screened multiple agencies on the basis of their pitch deck and work experience and thorough interview process.

Fluid design team was very professional , they started the project with pre-study of our business and held research and had listened to our needs and delivered up to the bar.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The deliverables were remarkable and better than our expectations . we saw a tremendous shift in the usability of our product from our users

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They had a team lead and had daily standup arranged with our team , They made sure we were updated continuously to avoid any delays.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their support was tremendous. Also it will be wrong if i dont mention the quality of design not just beautiful but functional.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think they are doing great.
