Fluffle manages our end-to-end fulfillment for our brand. They also offer account management and support, as well as return processing. Some key deliverables: same day/next day order fulfillment for our customers, 100% fulfillment accuracy and super organized inventory.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I acheived 100% order accuracy, significantly lowering customer concerns and complaints compared to former 3PLs I have worked with. Fluffle also reduced my fulfillment timeline to less than 24 hours, which has also greatly increased my customers' satisfaction. Fluffle's work has freed up 60 hours per week for my team, who previously used this time to manage former 3PL mistakes. We have more hands-on support available with Fluffle with the comprehensive additional services they offer than we have ever had before - they are able to handle everything for my business incredibly well in-house.

I have never had an issue with Fluffle's timing or accuracy. if anything, they have only exceeded my expectations. They are incredibly fast, effecient, and easy to get in contact with whenever I need them.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Across all employees I have interacted with, everyone is warm, hard-working, and I feel as though they truly care about the success of my business and handling of my inventory. The team consists of employees with backgrounds from Amazon, Shopify, and entrepreneurs themselves, so I truly trust my brand in their hands and often look to them for guidance. Other 3PLs I have worked with in the past have been very disconnected, but Fluffle truly understands the E-Commerce industry. They attend to my needs and have been very present in helping me optimize the way we manage my shipping channels.

Needed to uplevel our order fulfillment and move to our first 3PL. Looking for a data-first company that could partner with us in taking this first step while also being able to navigate the ups and downs of growing a new brand effectively.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

On time fulfillment rate has been outstanding with 100% order accuracy. Provided accurate postage estimations for shipping my products, even brought new idea for shipping solutions to our business that I wasn't previously aware of. Created new strategies for automating the handling of customer return requests, and was able to receive, onboard, and launch as my new 3PL within 36 hours of receiving my product in their warehouse.

Yes, very much so. My dedicated project manager for our launch and integration has been a pleasure to work with. Very effective.

Fluffle is the best 3PL in Austin, Texas. I moved to this 3Pl after working with 2 other 3PLs. I wish I had moved to them sooner; it has made all the difference for my brand and my growth. They are amazing people.
