FlowSkale has been our core web development and demo engineering partner since the company's early days. The scope covers four workstreams: interactive product demos, website development, infrastructure, and marketing integration. > > > The highest-impact work has been building two GPU-accelerated 3D product demos. The first is an aerodynamics simulation (Wing demo) with both client-side and server-side rendering, built to handle around 32 concurrent users with full load balancing and SSL. The second is an injection moulding simulation (NeuralMould) built for a client partnership, featuring geometry selection, material parameter sliders, auto-play functionality, and mobile responsiveness. Both demos required significant backend infrastructure work, including Oracle GPU setup, AWS migration, and server-side rendering to protect client IP. > > On the website side, FlowSkale builds and maintains our Webflow site, including product pages, a blog CMS, demo landing pages, and framework documentation pages. Most recently, they've implemented lead capture forms directly into the demos, gating simulation results behind email collection and connecting form submissions to our CRM via webhooks. • Lead capture pipeline built end-to-end: demo interaction to CRM, creating a measurable top-of-funnel channel that didn't exist before
• Website and demo pages serve as the company's primary digital presence and first touchpoint for prospects
• Technical problems solved under pressure: GPU rendering, IP protection via server-side architecture, cross-device compatibility

FlowSkale consistently delivered on time across multiple parallel workstreams, often under tight deadlines. They're proactive problem-solvers. For example, when infrastructure challenges came up around GPU setup, SSL, or load balancing, they identified and implemented solutions rather than waiting for direction. They handled a three-way working relationship between our team, our client, and their own developers without creating bottlenecks, absorbing direct client feedback and turning it around quickly. They ran structured go/no-go checkpoints before each launch, which gave us real confidence to ship. Communication is efficient enough that we naturally halved our meeting cadence without any drop in delivery quality. They're transparent, direct communicators who proactively flag timelines and risks before they become problems.

We'd welcome even more of their proactive input on go-to-market strategy. Alex in particular has strong instincts around website optimization and conversion, and we'd benefit from FlowSkale pushing harder with unsolicited recommendations in that area

Their early exchange designs provided a 30–40% reduction in development time, giving our engineers ready-to-use UI/UX assets and allowing us to validate trading flows with early testers before committing resources. With FlowSkale’s ongoing support, we consistently met tight deadlines, saving the equivalent of a full-time design hire (~$100k+ annual cost) while still achieving top-tier results. These outcomes gave Sphinx the credibility, speed, and cost efficiency needed to move from concept to funded product.
