By improving key metrics such as click rate, open rate, and placed order rate, they directly contributed to an increase in revenue from flow-driven email marketing. Their efforts focused on not only our top-performing flows, which collectively accounted for 70-80% of our total flow revenue, but also supplementary flows better equipped to tell brand story, nurture customers, and increase our community. Additionally, they conducted A/B testing to identify the most effective strategies for engaging customers and driving conversions, further enhancing the overall success of the campaign.

What's most impressive about Flowium is the caliber of their people. Adrian, our strategist, was outstanding in consistently understanding our direction and then refining and enhancing it to ensure we were always on the best path forward. He had a unique ability to stay aligned with our goals while pushing for continuous improvement.

Jen’s project management was equally impressive. She was efficient in getting our flows up and running quickly, while also managing changes and adjustments with ease. She was the one of the best we had and we had had a handful of different managers and strateists on our account over the years.

Flowium also accomodated us when we needed to place our account on hold for a few months. They are a great company made up of genuinely good people who care about their clients' success.

While we wish we could continue working with Flowium, it's unfortunately time for us to move in a different direction. The only bit of feedback we have is to be mindful of how many unused lists, segments, or flow variations are added to a client's account. It can add up quickly.

This is especially impressive considering how we've streamlined our new flows with fewer emails, yet despite this, they are converting at a higher rate and therefore have made our communications more efficient.

Flowium was able to give us resources to troubleshoot some of those problems and overhaul our current environment. We decided to go with them because they were the most thorough and tailored in their pitch.

We’ve seen an increase in revenue through Klaviyo and an increase in our subscription list. We’ve increased our revenue over 1,000% to $133,000.

Robyn is a great project manager; she’s doing amazing. We use weekly Zoom meetings and have a Miro dashboard and agendas. They send recordings after meetings; they’re very organized.

Flowium's work has met our expectations. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I wish they did things more retroactively in the account. If we design a new email footer, they put that footer on any content they put out. However, they don't go back retroactively in our account and apply it to old content, so we still have to do that ourselves. If they did things a little bit more retroactively or even if they added an additional payment to do all that retroactive work, that would be really helpful for a holistic approach.

Flowium's role is to understand all parts of our customer journey and to create automation touch points via the Klaviyo platform where an opportunity exists to extend value to our customer. Flowium has access to our design assets and has full range to work autonomously within our team to execute where needed. We have frequent meetings and monthly analytics briefings to measure success and brainstorm new ideas.

We work with a main liaison on the Flowium side who has seamlessly integrated with our team members. If there is something that requires more technical assistance, both parties will bring that person to the table.
