Despite some delays in terms of timeline (due to the time taken in understanding a highly technical subject), all nine animation videos were produced at high quality standard.

Some delays in terms of deadline (due to time needed tounderstand technical subjects), but overall team is highly responsive and will revert with alternative solutions if requests cannot be met.

FlowInk team was flexible with change requests and was quick to make the necessary adjustments. In addition to that, they were quick with great ideas and adaptations to creative concepts.

Nothing major. Challenges were always resolved fairly quickly.

We had our research through various platforms and portfolios. We stuck to Flowink by going through their clear communication structure, sophisticated work and kind of deliveries with knowledgeable content.

It varied with time and requirements. More of it was that we used to send them the concept and agenda and they would build a nice script for approval and then start with the process. With minor iterations, we were able to receive our videos within timelines.

We worked with Manish and Jyoti. They were majorly responsible for handling our account. It was great working with them as they grasped the taste of requirement quite quick and took ownership of the task.

We received an all-time high appreciation for our re-branded corporate video and the stats on socials were great too.

We hired Flowink to create a product video. The video contains a live actor explaining about our feature and the background will have our product screens with animation

We selected Flowink from a list of vendors, Initially we requested a short presentation on what they would do if given the project to test the creativeness of the script. The first draft was very compelling and the team was very professional.

I worked with Jyothi and Manish from Flowink, on each step of the creating the video we had calls on the feedback and suggestion. There were multiple rounds of feedback from our end and they incorporated all those things very logically.

The video created was liked by all.

The creation process was iterative with each step having its own feedback mechanisms. We spoke about this on email and sometimes used whatsapp for very quick feedback.

I liked their ability to grasp details about our product. They made a very good effort to learn our product and bring about its uniqueness in the video.

No, they were fabulous.

I'm a creative specialist for a remote executive assistant brand. I provide a wide array of creative services for clients as well as for the ChatterBoss brand itself. I wrote the script given to Flowink for the commercial.

We hired FlowInk Pictures to create a one-minute animated commercial for our company. ChatterBoss is in a time of exponential growth; our goal is to help our brand go from a small company to the number one remote executive assistant service in the United States. The commercial would be our first.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We selected this vendor through an extensive google search and comparing multiple sites. Flowink provided the best "bang for our buck". Professional service for a company of our size.

We started with introductory emails discussing the intention and aim of the commercial. I was then tasked with writing the voice over script for the commercial. I submitted the script to Jyoti and we exchanged revisions back and forth a couple of times. Upon agreeing on a final draft, FlowInk formatted the script for commercial direction. We then secured payment between both parties. After the down payment, Flowink got to work on the visual storyboarding of the project.

Again, we exchanged revisions until a storyboard was agreed upon. From there, the video was created and revised. We were allowed to choose from multiple styles of video and voice actors. We exchanged revisions until we all agreed on a final product. We paid the last half of what we owed, and Flowink released the complete video to us.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We worked with Jyoti, and received individual attention from them. We were never passed around between representatives, and Jyoti often sent helpful reminders when we were slow to reply. Jyoti provided insight to animation while always taking our notes gracefully, and quickly implementing them. I was very impressed with their ability to roll with and provide feedback.

ChatterBoss is growing and adding new employees and clients every day. Flowink helps contribute to our success.

We communicated primarily through email. I found Jyoti always quick to respond to emails, and in fact often reminded us of timeliness which I really appreciated. They provided work very quickly, and any delay in production was due to COVID-19, or ourselves -- both out of Flowink's control. Very impressive.

I thought their ability to bend to their clients' needs and willingness to perfect their clients' visions to their maximum potential. Very kind and good business sense.

No, we look forward to working together again.

We came across a few companies on the internet. We spoke to the ones whose work we liked. FlowInk Pictures stood out for a few reasons such as the excitement they showed in our product, the creatives that they shared and of course, their past work, which was very good.

After initial discussions over email and call where they understood our requirements, they sent us a questionnaire. After we answer those questions, they sent us a script. Once approved, they sent us a storyboard, character, art and voiceover options. We discussed what would be best for our videos and then went ahead with animation. Finally, music and sfx were also added. And we given the video in high resolution and different file sizes for various platforms.

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

We worked together throughout the production process and we were told that we would be given 3 rounds of revisions for each step(script, storyboard, graphics, animation). However, we never needed 3 rounds of revisions. The first sample of every round was extremely close to what we needed.

Everyone who saw our video clearly understood what we did. It was now easier for people to use our services.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Quite effective. We were always in touch with either Jyoti or Manish who would keep us updated. Most of the work was done on emails. When we wanted to discuss in detail, we would setup a call. They would always deliver updates on time.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

These guys are creative geniuses. They are humble, honest and punctual.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Not that i can think of anything. I hope they keep up with their good work.

They very thing that I liked about them is they took the entire feedback process very sportingly and with patience and made it very convenient for us and the brand team.

The video got an amazing response on social media as that was the key goal to target millenials and it worked out perfectly. As a result we came back to them with another project just after a month.
