Flowcraft were tasked with creating an entirely new content site for our growing SaaS product. This included 20+ content pages, unique interactive content modules, UI/UX recommendations and execution, building a user-friendly CMS and providing staff training.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Meeting go-live deadlines, completing a number of set page designs for in-house CMS administration in the future, the completion of a particular number of content pages, the website successfully going through an internal UAT process.

Flowcraft always delivered on time without fail. Tim's combination of understanding our vision and offering his own expertise was a perfect balance where we felt aligned in our aims and also gently guided by an expert in the field of web design.

We hired Flowcraft to migrate our website from Magento to Webflow, and also to help resolve the CMS and UX issues that we were facing.

We hired Flowcraft because of their expertise with Webflow, and their ability to quickly grasp both the challenges and opportunities that this project presented.

The requirements gathering sessions were meticulous, and the prototyping rapid. The project milestones were discussed in detail and completed ahead of schedule. Tim was an excellent communicator and proved a partner in all sense of the word. He solved technical problems with finesse and created value with the UX solutions he proposed.

We worked primarily with Tim, the business owner.

Users jumped 83%, page views by 47% plus we experienced a hefty reduction in bounce rate - all in the first year.

Flowcraft akways seemed to perform best under pressure. Even with compressed timelines, Tim and crew ran a tight ship and kept delivering to and ahead of schedule.

Their honesty. They were candid about their strengths and weaknesses. That said, they never stopped researching for the best solution to fit our needs. They learned as we did, and it truly felt like a trusted collaboration rather than a customer-client relationship. Tim and crew have since grown to became a natural and welcome extension of our team.

I am the Marketing and Creative Director at Schweigen. We specialise in Silent Ventilation Solutions for the Domestic Market.

We approached Flowcraft to create an online solution to create a potential distributor alliance for the international market, outside the Oceania region. The goal was to create leads to further our reach into new Markets.

We have worked with the Flowcraft team before and they have created fantastic results. We were very confident they could meet our goals and meet the deadlines we had set.

The scope was delivered in multiple meetings and brain First, we needed to make clear our goals, and then FlowCraft came up with the best solution to how we tick those boxes. Once we agreed upon the key features and talking points Flowcraft set about creating the wireframe. There was a little back and forth and we settled on the final design. They populated the content and delivered a wonderful interactive website that we are proud of.
