We needed to redesign and rebuild our website to improve the user experience and optimize our marketing strategy. Our original site was hardcoded, so Marketing couldn't easily make updates and it wasn't optimized for lead generation or SEO. Flow Sparrow was tasked with refreshing our visual brand identity, creating an intuitive user experience, and building a CMS platform that allowed Marketing complete control of the public-facing site.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We launched a new corporate website.

Project management was top-notch! They communicated frequently and clearly during all stages of the project. Everyone on their team responded quickly to any questions or comments we had. They also communicated coverage plans for when a team member was out of the office so we always knew who to contact if we needed support.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

There's a lot that I found impressive about Flow Sparrow. This was a high-priority and visible project at SmartPath. The Flow Sparrow team understood and respected this from our initial conversation, and moved quickly and efficiently to meet our aggressive deadlines. They also have a really nice professional demeanor. Everyone was laid back, calm, and so easy to collaborate with especially when faced with my sometimes high-anxiety, type-A energy.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Flow Sparrow could have done differently?

No! They were a pleasure to partner with on this project.
