Please describe your company and your position there.

Maria is the Co-Founder at The Cube Athens Workspace. Athens’ largest co-working community, which hosts some of Greece’s best experts in technology. The Cube is also home to most of Athens’ technology events, hackathons, innovation sessions, and training events.

For what projects/services did your company hire Flow & Grow?

Event Planning in a series of projects of which some were directly within The Cube, weekly workshops, Startup Weekends Hackathons, LadyPreneur series. We also worked closely with Vanessa at MakerFaire for 3 years running, Robotex which was stalled due to COVID-19.

How did you select Flow & Grow and what were the deciding factors?

Word of mouth and from previous projects which we had the pleasure to work with the Co-Founder Vanessa Matsouka herself.

How many resources from the Flow & Grow team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Vanessa was our project manager. She has great ppl skills, is very sharp and smart, and is a real doer. She gets things done and is someone you can rely on and trust upon.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

We couldn't have done it without her! She brought great synergies to the table.

Amazing workflow, we learned a lot from her and hope she feels the same! Great teamwork.

I am impressed with how they always make everything happen.

We are always trying to improve as ppl and its a learning process for everyone.

I am the owner of an online craft seminars website.

For what projects/services did your company hire Flow & Grow, and what were your goals?

I needed help with promoting and increasing sales for my existing seminars, as well as a digital marketing plan for the launch of new seminars to be released.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I have worked with the owner of the company before in other projects and have found our collaboration most efficient.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and marking tools used.

First we assessed where my visitors are coming from, we made a detailed target group description and set goals for sales, awareness and branding. We decided all the media that we were going to use. Flow and Grow helped immensely with determining whether social media and which were the best way to go.

I worked closely with the teams head account manager.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The email campaigns were successful and reached an open rate of 65%. Pinterest also proved to be a place where my target group tends to search for services like this

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Due to covid restrictions, we didn't have the chance to work up close. Zoom meetings were held weekly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their personal approach. They listened to my needs and had lots of new tools that I didn't know of to suggest. They respected my wish for not overusing social media.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No. I'm very happy with their performance.
