Fliweel is a UK-based AI and automation consultancy helping growth companies, enterprise teams and private equity portfolio businesses move from AI experimentation to production reality.
We work with three types of organisations:
Enterprise businesses like London Luton Airport that need to deploy AI at scale across complex operations
Fast-growing companies that need to build operational efficiency without adding headcount
Private equity firms looking to drive measurable value creation across their portfolio
We have been deploying production AI solutions since 2022, before AI became a headline. That track record means our clients get hard-won implementation experience, not theory, and working solutions that deliver measurable outcomes rather than pilots that never reach production.
We work inside your existing technology stack so there is no rip and replace, no lengthy onboarding, and no open-ended scope.
How we work:
6-Week AI Sprint For organisations with a specific process problem they want to solve fast. Find your highest-impact process, build a working AI prototype, and measure the outcome:
Deep-dive discovery workshop
Safety and governance assessment
Design, build, test, iterate and deploy in 6 weeks
Working AI prototype in production
Outcomes measured against pre-agreed KPIs
Trusted AI Partner For organisations where AI is a strategic priority and long-term transformation is the goal. A 12-month programme delivering four AI Sprints across your highest-impact processes:
Quarterly AI Strategy Sessions
Four 6-week Sprints over 12 months
Safety and governance assessment
Full deployment, user enablement and business impact measurement
Board-ready reporting and insights
Dedicated AI partner, not a one-off project
