Flighted delivered a consistent 2.5+x ROAS on Meta on a new-to-the-world product and a high volume of creatives every month with the assets that we had. Landing page delivered on conversions. Overall campaign was a success and delivered the objectives we set out at kickoff.

Flighted runs a tight ship - they are reliable partners for any startup looking to break into paid performance without frills, and are a one-stop-shop that can manage media as well as creative.

Given that we are such a new product and category-disruptive innovation, it's hard to say that Flighted could have predicted the results any better - but firmer guidance on expectations ahead of campaign launch would have probably served us well through the better-than-expected start and then the inevitable rise of CAC.

Flighted helped us go-to-market for our launch of DTC RD services in five states. They were responsible for everything from creating the strategy, creating the content, setting up the ad campaigns, running the ad campaigns, optimizing them on a weekly basis, budget forecasting and growth projecting.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Flighted was able to help us set a baseline CAC for acquisition and then help us bring it down approximately 3X throughout our time working together. They were also able to help us determine what type of ads performed best and recommended several experiments (sign-up flow, email, landing page) that supported and improved our conversion goals. Flighted was also instrumental in demonstrating volume and quick ramp which allowed us to invest further in DTC.

Yes, they always delivered everything on time. There were moments when I wanted more time to spend on video calls discussing the strategy and next steps, but recognized that because of their affordable cost, they had to limit call time with clients.

We were launching on new paid social media channels (TikTok and Snapchat) and needed expertise managing the strategy and day-to-day execution

We heard of Flighted through a referral, met with the team and it was a no brainer to bring them on board. They had the expertise, attitude, and cost we were looking for.

The main scope was to create overarching strategy and carry out day-to-day execution of paid media on TikTok and Snapchat. Flighted also provided creative strategy and ultimately UGC videos.

Performance metrics were followed and the team was proficient in platform reporting, Google Analytics, other attribution tools, and Looker Studio reporting.

We mostly worked with the founder of Flighted but then as the agency expanded, started to meet and work with other members of the agency.

Flighted maintained a high level of performance for the duration of our partnership. We had advertising performance metrics that they consistently achieved and some.

Communication was great. Very responsive to individual messages and maintained regular meeting cadence. All deadlines and asks were met.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The expertise from the team is what stands out. And the ability to be efficient and realistic, always providing broad industry knowledge that was helpful to the direction of our marketing. This team gets it.

This would be a nitpick, but perhaps more (it definitely wasn't absent) encouragement/push to us for testing new things.

Flighted provides creative concepting, creation, ad management on the platform, budget recommendations, reporting, campaign optimization recommendations, audience testing, and landing page testing. The team also provides weekly reports, 4–5 ad creative concepts per month, and test plans to test audiences and landing pages.

We started working with Flighted in January 2026, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Flighted has improved our on-platform metric efficiency (CPM, CPC, CTR), full funnel optimization, cost per MQL, booked meetings, and closed won. The team hit our cost per MQL off the gate and has scaled aggressively while maintaining efficiency. For example, we’ve doubled our budget month-over-month, and Flighted’s creative and audience testing maintains our CPL efficiency. Moreover, the new audience test has unlocked a 20% on-platform improvement, and the new landing page test has a 5% improvement. Flighted’s creative work is among our top performers.

How did Flighted perform from a project management standpoint?

Flighted delivers on time. We communicate via slack and biweekly meetings.
