What was the scope of their involvement?

Flexy Global was responsible for the end-to-end UX/UI design of a complex mobility platform consisting of four interconnected products. Flexy Global's team worked closely with us throughout the discovery and design phases to translate business requirements into user flows, wireframes, design systems, and high-fidelity UI designs. The project involved designing a wide range of functionality, including reservation system, corporate workflows, customer onboarding and verification, support tickets and chat, payment management, delivery and pickup processes, loyalty and referral programs, and reporting dashboards. At the end of the project, Flexy Global delivered the design files and system.

The main outcome was the successful completion of the UX/UI design phase for a complex platform consisting of four products. Flexy Global helped transform business requirements into development-ready designs, interactive prototypes, standardized user flows, and a scalable design system, allowing the project to move into development with a clear roadmap and aligned stakeholders.

Flexy Global has built a custom scheduling platform from scratch. After quickly understanding how our operations work, which was mostly manual and heavily reliant on Trello, the team designed the system's structure and then handled full-stack development. The platform provides a clear scheduling interface, shows real installation team availability, helps us evaluate options before assigning jobs, and stays fully synced with our existing tools.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We now have a working platform that has replaced a lot of manual coordination. Scheduling is faster, more consistent, and much easier to manage as we scale. We've achieved a 15% saving on driving time, so the team can do more work on sites during their day, as well as fuel cost savings.

Moreover, we've seen a 15% increase in our main metric, which is the crew count multiplied by job duration. We also have a 7% increase in efficiency, which is job completion divided by working crews. Now, we're completing the same amount of jobs with fewer crews thanks to the optimized routing in place that picks the best route.

Flexy Global's team is genuinely great to work with. They're very friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. They keep things organized with regular check-ins and are always quick to address questions or changes. The team delivers on time and is very reliable throughout the project.

What stands out about Flexy Global is how proactive they are. They don't just follow instructions; they really think through the product and suggest improvements along the way by understanding our internal business processes. Moreover, they're very solution-oriented throughout the process. Rather than simply executing tasks, they contribute ideas, suggest improvements, and move efficiently. That makes a real difference in delivering software that works well in practice.

Overall, we're impressed with how effectively they translate our challenges into a working product. From early wireframes and UI design based on our brand colors to the final platform, they've provided an early MVP that we've tested and provided feedback on, upon which they've made further improvements and customizations. Everything is clearly thought through and aligned with how we actually operate. The end result is a fully functional platform that has reduced our manual workload by a lot.

A real synergy was created between our team and theirs, to the point that, on many occasions, it felt like we had in-house colleagues. We fondly remember the wedding video they made for one of our co-founders: a gesture that speaks volumes about the kind of relationship we built.

From an operational standpoint, Flexy always stood out for their speed, responsiveness to feedback, and a rare ability to proactively suggest solutions and new ideas – even those not included in the original brief. They were flexible and understanding of our needs, always willing to find shared solutions in moments of greater complexity, without ever compromising on the final quality. And – which is not to be taken for granted – on the rare occasions when mistakes happened (three years is a long time), they always took full responsibility and offered quick, effective solutions.

We completed about 20–30 pages, and the additional project was the new custom-coded calculator tool on the site. It was still too early to measure ROI, but anecdotally, the site was much more representative of our product's maturity and capabilities. It was easier to navigate, visually clean and tidy, and had more information.

The response to the new site was great. Our leadership was very happy with the site, and we felt it better represented us.

Flexy Global was extremely responsive via Slack and easy to work with. I was a little worried about working in such different time zones. However, when there were misunderstandings or needs, I never felt like I was left hanging.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Initially, we had several calls with their team to discuss our requirements, customers, and competitors. During this process, we shared with them our brand guidelines and some references they could use as a basis when creating the designs. They also did their own in-depth research on our competition and users. After that, they started building and redesigning our landing pages. They implemented various changes and added animations to help users better understand how our product works.

Additionally, their team helped us design the entire UI/UX of a web application as well as develop some parts of the frontend. They used Figma to make designs.
