It's too early to say, but early reviews have been positive. We hope the website conveys that we provide more of a technical solution than an audit service.

What challenge were you trying to address with Flexy Global?

We needed a new website and brand refinement within a quick timeline.

What was the scope of work done by Flexy Global?

Flexy Global reworked all existing pages of our website and created several more from scratch. The team also developed a new custom-coded on-site calculator tool. We tracked progress by the number of pages completed, and we had two main phases and an additional project at the end.

We had one main liaison, but a team of about 5–6 people was involved in the project.

How did you come to work with Flexy Global?

We found Flexy Global through a Y Combinator referral. The team's pricing, timing, and approach aligned best with our needs.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in February 2025 and just wrapped up the project.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We completed about 20–30 pages, and the additional project was the new custom-coded calculator tool on the site. It was still too early to measure ROI, but anecdotally, the site was much more representative of our product's maturity and capabilities. It was easier to navigate, visually clean and tidy, and had more information.

The response to the new site was great. Our leadership was very happy with the site, and we felt it better represented us.

How did Flexy Global perform from a project management standpoint?

Flexy Global was extremely responsive via Slack and easy to work with. I was a little worried about working in such different time zones. However, when there were misunderstandings or needs, I never felt like I was left hanging.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was impressed by Flexy Global's turnaround time regarding work and responses when I needed to reach them. They were always willing to jump on a call, and the work moved quickly.

There was nothing I could come up with.

Garik was super focused on understanding the whole platform and was the manager we wanted to have since the beginning. He has got a great understanding of the SaaS space and how design can make a difference. Then their team started with studying our internal documents. We needed to redo all the platform and that means more than 6 major products: Inboxes, Help Center, Marketing Automation, Surveys, NPS, and Lists.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We knew the co-founder of Flexy Global who is a respected serial entrepreneur. We saw their portfolio, and because our project was non-profit they made a significant discount.

ScienceNow aims to become a Kickstarter for science projects. Supporters will choose a subscription plan, and regularly donate a certain amount on a monthly basis. The funds will be distributed to selected scientific research labs.

It was one project manager, UI/UX designer and a developer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project is live now at www.sciencenow.am. We received very positive initial feedback from our audience. Even though we initially asked for a beta version, we got a fully functional website with an authentic design.

We collaborated seamlessly, they were very responsive and demonstrated a willingness to go the extra mile where needed.
