They automated more than 65% of manual test cases to reduce testing turnaround time. Documented manual test cases covering 100% of the application. The number of bugs Fleek team found were almost like 600% of what users have found on production. In our last release to production, the actual user just reported 4 issues in our CRM System however fleek reported more than 300 bugs in a month of testing.

Our third party clients really appreciate the QA testing because it allows them to be confident about the quality of the application. The apps have to have a minimal amount of bugs reported before it gets to the client.

If they could do more testing for an end-user standpoint, we would appreciate that. I would appreciate it if they could test showstopper bugs that can block a user. Usually, this is done by the client, but it would be a plus.

How did you select this vendor?

We went through a four-step process. We began with an online search, did an analysis of reviews and ratings from past customers of this vendor, conducted interviews with the testing teams, and finally, ran a pilot project.

The project ran in a few phases to allow clear deliverables and a goal for each phase. The first phase was to test the web app to ensure that it worked as per the requirements, then moving onto the iOS and Android apps. Finally, they load tested the system with a mix of customers from the web, iOS, and Android apps.

When a rare bug issue arose, Fleek IT Solutions replicated the problem and resolved in about a day using only a minimal description from our team. That timeframe was shorter than normal for our in-house software team.

Software testing is Fleek IT Solutions’ core strength. However, they may need help to expand into DevOps and execute that service quickly.
