We implemented Salesforce Shield to improve our cybersecurity protection. We created technical requirements together to identify incremental ways to improve end-user's day-to-day experience. We proceeded with phased releases with pushes to production at least once a month. We also received hypercare following each release and were able to complete troubleshooting for issues that occured in daily use.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were able to complete the improvements we set out to achieve. End users experience improved automation, improved task tracking, and improved notifications automated out of Salesforce. We also enabled detailed reporting through additional fields that are more impactful for sales analytics.

Pankaj consistently delivered items on time. He responded to our needs very promptly despite the time difference and never missed a sprint meeting. He was incredible to work with. Pankaj would highlight areas he felt the technical specs I had written could be completed more efficiently and provide suggestions. He was also able to diagnose problems end users ran into and come with suggestions for solutions. Pankaj was extremely reliable.

Our objective was to implement a tailored system that supports concierge-level real estate services while ensuring full compliance with Thai regulations and alignment with international standards in the real estate sector.

FlatForce LLC has been responsible for the end-to-end setup and customization of our Salesforce-based system. Their scope of work has included configuring the platform to support our real estate sales workflow, creating centralized property listing pages that allow all relevant information to be shared and accessed in one place, and establishing records for agreements with detailed transaction histories.They’ve also implemented lead management and sales pipeline tracking, enabling us to monitor lead status and progress at each stage of the sales process. In addition, FlatForce LLC has integrated digital signing functionality for all agreements, with standardized forms that are automatically populated with data from the system, significantly reducing manual work and administrative errors.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Working with FlatForce LLC has made a noticeable difference in how we manage our sales process. Our team has reduced administrative work, closed agreements faster through digital signing, and gained much clearer visibility into leads and deal progress. Having everything centralized in one system has allowed us to work more efficiently and deliver a smoother, more professional experience for our clients.Although we didn’t track formal metrics prior to the project, we’ve experienced a clear reduction in administrative work and faster agreement turnaround times after implementation. Automated forms, centralized records, and digital signing have significantly reduced manual effort and follow-ups, helping deals move through the pipeline more efficiently. Based on our team’s experience, we estimate that we now save approximately 25%–40% of the time we previously spent on administrative tasks and agreement processing.
