Flashlight has been a key growth partner for us across multiple channels. They first came on to build our franchise sales pipeline, running the full paid advertising program that keeps prospective franchisees coming in: paid social, Google Ads, geo-targeted campaigns aimed at priority markets, and other digital tactics. Since then, their role has grown to cover all digital marketing for our direct-to-consumer site, plus campaigns that drive customers into our retail stores. That gives us one partner connecting franchise growth, online sales, and store traffic under a single digital strategy.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Flashlight delivered results fast. Within 60 days they had built a steady flow of franchise leads, at a cost per lead about 50% lower than any other agency quoted us during our search. On the D2C side, their digital programs keep outperforming both our previous agency and our in-house efforts. Our online growth had plateaued, and their work got us scaling again.
