For what projects/services did your company hire Five Blocks?

False information about me was posted online. I am currently working with Five Blocks to restore my reputation, and they are doing an absolutely fantastic job!

What were your goals for this project?

My main goal for our project is to completely restore my online reputation. Additionally, I want my online presence to represent my true character.

How did you select Five Blocks?

Five Blocks was referred to me by a friend who had used their services. From my initial meeting with the Five Blocks team to now, I am continually impressed and immensely grateful! Sam Michelson, Five Blocks Founder & CEO, is much more than the head of the best reputation management company out there. Sam continues to give me hope. There was a day when Sam metaphorically picked me up off the floor and made me realize that lies would not destroy my life. Sam and his team have proven that bad actors will not be allowed to ruin the reputation of good people!

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

The Five Blocks team is currently working to restore my digital reputation. Five Blocks works incredibly diligently, and everyone I have met at Five Blocks is kind, compassionate, and genuinely cares.

What was the team composition?

I have worked closely with Five Blocks' incredible Founder & CEO, Sam Michelson. Sam put together an amazing team, comprised of an exceptionally caring, intelligent, and creative Account Manager in addition to a terrific Account Director & Team Leader.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have made a ton of progress, thanks to the diligence and creativity of the Five Blocks team. The first page of my Google results now more accurately reflects my true character.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow between myself and the Five Blocks team has always been great. The Five Blocks team makes sure to stay connected and send regular updates regarding our progress — something so valuable! Our communication has been seamless.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Five Blocks is the best reputation management company out there in my opinion. From the compassionate and intelligent team members to their unique and innovative technologies, Five Blocks continues to impress!

Are there any areas for improvement?

No! I am sure Five Blocks will continue to grow and innovate so that they can help clients across the globe! There is no better choice than Five Blocks.

We were working with a financial services company with offices in NY and Paris. We don’t do a lot of press engagement and are not active in social media. When negative results appeared in Google we were not sure how to approach.

Following some negative press related to both our firm and the CEO, Five Blocks worked to help build a strong deliberate online presence and demote negative results in Google.

What were your goals for this project?

To get search results back on track.

How did you select Five Blocks?

Heard about Five Blocks through word of mouth and from going to industry conferences together through the years.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

Five Blocks focused on increasing ownership without corporate site and populating profiles on Wikidata, Crunchbase, etc. We started seeing results within a the first few weeks and over the course of the program our first Google page looked better and better. The team was really on-the-ball and I felt I was working with real professionals!

What was the team composition?

I worked with a senior account lead and a strategic lead.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Business is back on track and no longer getting the poor press treatment we were getting. While the negatives were present it seemed like we were getting less interest from prospective investors.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The account lead was in touch regularly and we had monthly written reports showing progress.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Great tools, staff who cares, fast responses.
