The process was simple and straight forward, and now we are left with a website we are extremely proud of and have had positive results.

Our design leader was Tomasz, he was excellent at listening to our creative ideas for the website and he took our vision to the next level with his excellent creative skills. The web design process began with an initial consultation with the agency. This allowed us to get align our goals for the website, and the scope of work. They gathered information about my current website and my competitors. Once we passed the information they needed, the design team got to work on creating a website blueprint. Fit Design used our high-quality images, selected large fonts and stylish sketches. 
They used our current platform (Wix) to create an interactive and engaging website that generates more leads than we can handle. The site also to my understanding full SEO optimised.

Since the redesign, we've witnessed a substantial increase in website traffic, and this surge in visitors has translated into a remarkable boost in leads, directly contributing to a significant increase in our revenue. We looked for someone local with good star rating and affordable prices. After reviewing their recent projects, reading reviews and meeting them in person we decided to go ahead with the project.

We teamed up with Fit Design to create a stunning eCommerce website. After few zoom meetings we were advised to build the website in Shopify. We gave Fit Design complete freedom to develop a fully customized website that includes product reviews, automatic collections and search engine optimization to enhance the overall customer experience.

The Fit Design team was able to create a custom Shopify theme that perfectly matches our branding. We are extremely happy with the result.

I’m the Owner and Founder of a startup that provides property reports for potential investors.

We needed help with web design and development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Fit Design built our website from scratch. We initially gave them our ideas, and they provided their own. They explained which of our ideas would work and which wouldn’t. We then moved forward with the project. I provided some of the content, and they helped with the rest.

The website is an e-commerce platform where people can purchase our product online. It has four main pages. The most complicated part of the site is a custom graphic. Fit Design integrated Stripe and PayPal for payment processing.

What is the team composition?

I worked with two people from Fit Design, including Philip, a designer, and Tom, the lead developer.

How did you come to work with Fit Design?

I found Fit Design on Clutch. I was looking for companies with decent reviews, and UK-based companies were preferable. I reached out to Fit Design via email, and they got back to me fairly quickly.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent £20,750.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from August to December 2024.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

It’s too early to provide metrics because we haven’t started advertising the site yet. However, everyone who has seen the site thinks it looks great and professional.

There haven’t been any bugs, but there have been some little things, such as a prefix in the payment forms. Fit Design has fixed those things quickly.

How did Fit Design perform from a project management standpoint?

Fit Design’s project management was great. They were easy to deal with, and they managed the project on Asana. They got back to me quickly, so it was fairly easy to work with them.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was most impressed with the quality of Fit Design's product. It looks great, and that’s what I’m happiest with.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there’s nothing they could have done better.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I would advise potential clients to go in with a clear idea of what they want. Fit Design can do whatever they want, but they have to know what the client wants. If the client goes in with a vague idea, they might have a completely different idea of where you should go.
