Fisher Agency has worked for several years managing website updates and content for our company. Every month, the team would add updates which may have included news posts, staff changes, file uploads, and images. More recently, as the company has grown, Fisher Agency worked with the design plans communicated to them to modernize areas of the site and set up analytics so our team could monitor site traffic.

Measurable outcomes included timely website updates when content was delivered to the agency as well as the development of the analytics tool to track traffic.

The Jacksonville Humane Society provides care, comfort and compassion to animals in need while engaging the hearts, hands and minds of our community to bring about an end to the killing of abandoned and orphaned shelter animals. The Jacksonville Humane Society has sheltered and cared for animals on the First Coast since 1885.

Today, we are a no-kill animal shelter that cares for nearly 9,000 cats and dogs each year. In addition to pet adoptions, we offer humane education for adults and youth, low-cost veterinary care at JHS Veterinary Services, behavior assistance and training, and other lifesaving programs. For what projects/services did your company hire Fisher Design & Advertising, and what were your goals?

Our website was outdated and we finally had the opportunity to budget funds to re-do our website. We hired a team to design, develop and maintain our website for site in good faith we would be working with them for many years to come.

After fully paying for the work and almost a year later, we did not receive a completed website and the company sold the businesses. We were stuck with a mess of a new website and no more budgeted funds to complete the work. We met the team at Fisher Design and they were able to take over right away!

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched and met with many web developers in our area and shortlisted 3. After interviewing them we chose Fisher Designs based on their skills, reputation in the community, company stability/staff and cost estimate.

We had multiple meetings to discuss goals and objectives. The management team at Fisher is very accessible and highly skilled. We set up a schedule from there and time frame for each goal and objective with constant communication.

They explained to us each step and even helped coach/train team members on how to perform some tasks on the back end so we are not left in the dark. They made our new site appealing, user friendly for followers as well as for staff to make simple changes.

Our main point of contact is on the management team, which provided us with confidence that the project would be completed. We also worked with a developer.

We have not launched the new site yet, but close. Our staff, management and Board Members love the new look of the site. We are excited and hope to increase traffic as well as provide an easier way for our followers to gain information.

We had weekly, sometimes daily communication with the team.

We are more than happy with the service and the look of the overall project. The team at Fisher Design is not only professional, but accessible, reliable and creative. They are also amazing problem solvers and very patient.

Our entire experience has been nothing but positive. We highly recommend them to anyone that is in need or looking for web design work.

We seamlessly transitioned email marketing vendors (which took a huge weight off the team's shoulders), saw a 500% increase in social media engagement and launched a brand new website in under 7 months.

We worked extremely closely with their team, with 2x weekly meetings and b/f discussion almost every day. I felt like a priority, even though they have other, bigger clients.
