With COVID-19 restrictions being eased, our UK team was looking to go back to a physical office location where they could meet clients. We were looking for a scalable office space, well located for all our employees and suitable for client meetings.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

First Office has helped us looking for office spaces in the UK and Netherlands in the past and we have always been impressed with their responsiveness and the extent of their contacts.

Clive from First Office has always been very proactive in checking in with us about potential needs. We were initially looking for a 6-people office and he was able to schedule visits within a few days. We changed the ask to a 4-people office and he arranged everything to happen the day we had originally planned time off for the 6-people office space visits. He was present throughout the process and the signature was smooth.

What were the terms and the value of the lease, and what percentage did First Office Hub take in commission?

We signed up with a 12-month lease of approximately 2500 GBP/month and all commission was arranged directly with the landlord.
