When we started working with Fintech Content Ltd we were originally looking for blog content to support SEO and increase organic traffic. We quickly realized that we could leverage their agency for other asset types such as technical blogs, eBooks and interviews with sinternal subject matter experts.

They produced various pieces of content that are still in use today and generate thousads of organic sessions that help drive demand generation.

Content writing at a knowledge base level of our industry for short and long form content. We need external writers who had expertise in writing for our community at both a sophisticated and entry level.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Deciding factors were how they reached out to me, writing examples shared, timely delivery of assets in initial test phase and how quickly they adapted to our style, voice and expectations.

I needed an external ghost-writing service to write content pieces fpr our company at a basic but knowledgeable short form and long term level. Fintech Content Ltd has met my requirements. We started with one blog as a test and then moved to four more blogs. This scenario allowed us to amend and edit and explain our needs further to the point where the final blogs produced met with high quality approval from senior leadership and for Fintech Content Ltd to truly understand our needs.

As a result they have produced over 12 blog content pieces for us met with high levels of engagement on social media eg greater than 3% and better traffic quality to our website.

Very, Deborah B. made it very easy to liaise with her team and implement the changes needed. Great value for spend with this company! They didn't get it right off the bat, but they do have a good network of writers who got us there in the end!

My contact, Deborah B. She may be young but she's wise beyond her years, has tremendous industry knowledge and innovative! Looking forward to participating in her podcast series. Her can-do approach and willingness to rectify is what makes her and her company stand out.

In the beginning when we were getting acclimated, it was off kilter. But one email with what I wanted, what went wrong saw that fixed right away. However, this could be due to my financial services background. I would imagine that they struggle with people less trained, informed with the industry. However, their can-do approach and willingness to rectify is what makes them stand out.

Deborah's experience, knowledge and energy worked well alongside our team and we developed a great relationship. Her personality aligned brilliantly with our values and she understood our business from day one. It was clear to see her adaptability with how quickly she started to generate ideas and helped lead the vision for the launch strategy.

We needed to build a content plan for the launch of our new start-up. We were launching a brand, presence and product. Not an easy task. However, Deborah's experience was pivotal in making it a much easier and enjoyable process. We'd provide briefs to Deborah, giving her an overview of the brand, product and tone of voice. She took these and started to research the industry we were entering. She came back to us with an initial three month content plan. As a first draft, it was awesome We have continued to collaborate on the plan and have now signed off the content plan for launch.

Communication and timeliness were key to the success of this project. And Fintech Content Ltd understood that and aligned with us from day one. I'm guessing they're like this with every customer too, but we were impressed. As a start-up we never had the biggest budget, but that wasn't a concern for Deborah. We were both fully focused on getting maximum value out of the piece of work.. and we did. Communication was clear and constant. All deadlines were met.

Deborah herself. Brilliantly talented at what she does. Humble with a passion for helping others succeed. It was like she was part of our company rather than an agency working with us.
