Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Finch UX has been a great help to us in developing our website for our new SaaS platform called truCX. They used Figma to help us layout and design the UI/UX for the new APP. We gave Finch clear instructions on what we wanted to use as far as colors and how we wanted the site to look and feel. Finch did a great job in designing our vision for the APP over 2 months.
We were very happy with the work they did and how the designs and wireframes turned out. Once we finished the UI/UX project, we turned to Finch once again to design our website wireframes. The goal was to align the colors and the theme with the APP, which they also designed in Figma and we collaborated back and forth until it was perfect. Finch was easy to work with and responded in a timely manner.
We finished and launched the website within a month and a half. We get compliments on the site all the time. We finally asked Finch to help us design a final logo. Once again Finch did not disappoint as the team came back with over 20 different design ideas in our colors. We selected one that we really liked and went away. We will continue to use Finch as we move forward and look at them as partners.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

From the very beginning, we gave Finch the 3 main projects and then we decided collectively to do each with defined dates to target completion. Finch hit each milestone we had, other than some tweaks that we required on our own, but Finch was very accommodating to our requests for changes and never skipped a beat. They worked hard to make sure we hit our deadlines.

Akash was our project sponsor and did a great job of making sure we had regular updates and that his team were working on the right tasks to help hit all timelines.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Finch was so flexible as they do website design, APP UI/UX design, logo and branding. I even asked them to help me brand a new PowerPoint overview and they did that within 24 hours and it was great. I feel like I can go to Finch and team with almost any design or creative projects and they will get it done and get it done right.

Are there any areas for improvement or something FinchUX could have done differently?

Not really, I feel like we struck gold by finding them. I still use them and will continue to use them and refer them to all my network. Job well done.
